messed eye balls in zbrush, already imported morph. can I restore just eye balls?

Good morning,

here's my problem. I resculpted my model a lot in (zbrush), but I messed eyes by the accident. I released it when I imported it as a morph back.

Is there any way to keep morph but restore just eye balls to original shape.

    The latest version of DazStudio has the ability to clear selected deltas from a morph (that you first add to favourites). Josh Darling has a nice explanatory video. You might find that after you've zeroed the morph from the eyes that you'll need to make further adjustments so that they 'fit' the morph though.

    it helped a lot but I stacked in the middle.

    I selected eyeball but when I click right button, there's no Morph Editing option.

    I have the latest version of daz and morph as you can see affects eyes

    if you have any idea what's wrong please share

    Have you selected the eyes while in vertex mode of the geometry editor? I think you need to be in vertex mode for the option to show.

    For future reference, I would recommend that you 1) store a morph target of the base in ZB, 2) mask the eyes and other parts you do not want affected.  The morph target brush will then restore back to what you had on the base model if the masking failed or you made an error.

    Hi petepolyakov,

    I had this kind of problem with the teeth.

    To quote Richard Haseltine:

    "In Polygon mode seelct the surfaces

    Right-click in the viewport, Geometry Selection>Convert Selection>Convert to Vertex Selection."

    The trick is select the body parts you want in polygon mode but then use the popup menue on Right Click to get to Convert to Vertex Selection. Once you have that, then Right Click again and you will get the Popup menu which does have the Morph Editing option.

    Personally I think the DS devs should re-think this process, it is too well hidden! Perhaps they could include the Morph Edit option in the first menu and have it automatically swap to Vertex Selection mode when selected.
