False Positive on freeimage.dll or Not?

My AV shows a file under daz 3d/dazstudio4/libs/iray/ as suspicious. It's freeimage.dll as stated above. I checked online and Kaspersky says it's "webwatcher.xoe." What's going on? Am I infected, or is this a known false positive? Anyone else have this happen?
