How to re-install a previously purchased product?

I went into my account and found the packages that I had purchased. Found the package that I want to re-install. Clicked the download & install button. The DAZ install manager came up and NOTHING happened. Do I need to uninstall the product first in order for it to re-install it?

I'm doing this because I think that the installation minght not have been complete and that some things might not have properly come over ( see related topic ==> http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/99381/missing-telephone-props#latest ).

Yes, if it's been installed, DIM won't see it unless it's an update. You could always install it manually, it's pretty easy: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/96156/using-dim-offline-or-manual-install#latest

My art computers never go online, so I have to do this with everything I buy online..
