Questions regarding Genesis 3
Still trying to understand Genesis 3.
I've seen a lot of expressions for Genesis 3, but they all rely on morphs and not on facial bones. Is there a reason for that or are artists here simply not used to the facial bone system?
Genesis 3 provides some pose controls like Arms Front-Back. This way arms can be moved, but the joint rotations seem to be unaffected. If I look at pose libraries, they work with joint rotation. So how does that fit together? What are these pose controls for?
Genesis 3 has a lot of JCMs. I assume that these are dependent of the joint rotation to adjust the weighting. Is there a separate JCM for each joint axis and are these linear deformations?
Exporting Genesis via FBX works fine including the rig and weighting. It seems that I only get the low res mesh out though, whereas OBJ provides the hires mesh (HD). Is there something I miss in the export options, because the OBJ export will not provide a weighted mesh to me?

OK, seems I found a solution to get Genesis 3 via FBX to Cinema 4D. Still wonder, if and how I can bake a hires morph as displacement or normal map in Daz Studio.
