doh, i have to start dressing for work. what if i called in sick and truthfully told them i don't feel like going today? is that the same as quitting? spreadsheets aren't that bad, it's just the getting there. 40 min walk in rain, an hour+ on the bus.

You can get there faster by walking? shock

I'm taking my usual Stress B/C combo vitamins, plus sucking on C-loaded sugar-free cough drops.

It's amazing I don't turn orange and grow a rind... :bug: :gulp:

    Ahhhhhhh, hot chicken broth!

I'm not sure I can handle more soup for lunch! :ahhh: :ahhh:

Maybe it's time to pack up, brave the weather, and get a BURGER MADE WITH CHEESE! :cheese: :cheese:

It's only 53 out, though, so I'd have to wrap up in my UT Longhorns hoodie... brr.. and windy. :-S

To brave the weather, or suffer and suck down more of the old chicken noodle? Argh... :ahhh:

    It's so windy, cold outside
I just want to sit and hide
But I brave the outdoor freeze
For a BURGER MADE WITH CHEESE! :cheese:

Coughs and sneezes make me sad
But more soup will drive me mad
I can smell it, what tease
Lust for BURGERS MADE WITH CHEESE! :cheese:

Stand a bit in one long line
    Mumble, curse, and often whine
Now I chow down as I please
On a BURGER MADE WITH CHEESE! :cheese:

Complaint: Why do so many truly complainy people preface their complaints with,"Well, you know how I hate to complain..."?

    More complaints! :snake:

I feel 110% unmotivated to finish "Dead Ringer" (my fantasy/noir detective novel) and move on to my fantasy novella trilogy "Threshold". :-S I started "Dead Ringer" as a NaNoWriMo project and have dinked with it off and on, but I really don't feel like it's what I want to be writing. I prefer fantasy genre (fantasy/comedy, fantasy/horror) or horror (weird horror, psychological horror).. but I feel kind of bad about abandoning "Dead Ringer".. but I'm not motivated to finish it.. but.. but.. but...

    AAAIIIEEEEE!!! :ahhh: :ahhh: :ahhh: :ahhh:

Maybe I'll go out tonight and contemplate all this mess over chicken wings and beer. :bug:

    Mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Meh, tired of being indecisive and not cutting the cord when it's due (or past due in this case).

"Dead Ringer" shelved and put in my Google Drive "Shelved Projects" archive. Started penning notes on "Threshold" on my tablet PC. NOW I feel motivated! :cheese: :cheese:

Gotta do some horror renders this weekend. :vampire: :snake: Not silly like Tentasquirrel, but a more serious/dark vein.. :vampire:

Heh, heh. Stephen King watch out! :bug:

Scariest thing I ever saw was John Carpenters "The Thing". Slept with my light on for weeks, kept away from strangers, and of course lots and lots of lovely nightmares... :bug: And I was in my 20s...!

Nowadays I have nightmares worse than any movie I've ever seen, but they make great story and render ideas... :ahhh:

Argh, need to make sure my DeviantArt site is up and updated, I can't most 99% of what I see in my mind here@DAZ.. :red: :red:

I've tried that and I can't pull it off without everything I'm working on suffering, "Dead Ringer" got shelved so now I can focus on "Threshold".. but that's gong to be a trilogy of novella-length stories.. should keep me busy 2-3 years. :bug: :bug: :bug:

Life is getting less complex, switching form trying to be a whole band to just solo guitar has been very freeing, and gives me more time for writing and 3D art. :)

I just received my first spot.

Out, damn'd spot! out, I say!

But there it sits beneath my insignificant little avatar.

A green spot... A diminutive square... A jester mocking my weakness.

To have succumbed to the lure of this topic tentacled monster.
To have bared my soul to strangers. (Not really.)
To have possibly and unrestrainedly typed a few incoherent thoughts. (More likely.)
To have posted to such an extent, to such a number. (Admittedly small.)

    The shame.
    The horror.
    The wildly exaggerated melodrama!

    ...Not Really.
    ...

Oh... By-the-way... Hello Complaint Thread! I've missed you. Hope everyone is doing well or has enough to complain about. ...Wait. Uh... That doesn't sound right. I mean... Well, you know what I mean. I think. I hope...

Note: I wasn't here and you didn't see this.
