wind advisories, gusts 40-50mph. those are the ones that knock down power lines. my lights flickered a few times, but didn't go out.

...but what good is there in scaring your long standing customers?

...especially when the renewal process and website is still so buggered.

I use Thunderbird mail client, does a great job of sorting orders from all the spam by subject keyword ;)

wonders if Thunderbird is like an eagle, sounds like it should be a raptor.
...we have that at my workplace. Setting up filters is a real pain, not just for sending things to the Junk folder but to sort and direct emails to various inbox categories.

Also it tends to crash or freeze up from time to time, not as bad or frequent as MS Outhouse, but still annoying, especially during a busy workday.

...it also has this annoying habit of pasting copied text as "unformatted" (a real pain when transferring formatted text or tables).

...long day today. Always happens on the last business day of the month Started at 08:30, Clocked out after 19:00. This client move we are dealing with is real bugger, So much stock has been sent to the new location, that it is becoming increasingly difficult to fill orders. Posted something like 45 - 50 backorders just for today. Usually three in a full week is a lot.

One more month, then it will be all over. (possibly along with my tenure at the company).

    Complaint...

I just received my first spot.

Out, damn'd spot! out, I say!

But there it sits beneath my insignificant little avatar.

A green spot... A diminutive square... A jester mocking my weakness.

To have succumbed to the lure of this topic tentacled monster.
To have bared my soul to strangers. (Not really.)
To have possibly and unrestrainedly typed a few incoherent thoughts. (More likely.)
To have posted to such an extent, to such a number. (Admittedly small.)

    The shame.
    The horror.
    The wildly exaggerated melodrama!

    ...Not Really.
    ...

Oh... By-the-way... Hello Complaint Thread! I've missed you. Hope everyone is doing well or has enough to complain about. ...Wait. Uh... That doesn't sound right. I mean... Well, you know what I mean. I think. I hope...

Note: I wasn't here and you didn't see this.

    wink wink wink

You know what really grinds my gears?...

I really like generation 5 UV for Victoria and Michael 5... BUT, the V5 face UV is horrible to work with. The eyebrows area is stretched ridiculously! To get decent brows, you have to compress the texture making it ridiculously small, angle it downward on the outer sides and stretch the texture, arch it with heavy exaggeration, and have it compressed vertically. Else it will all be out of whack.

With M5, you can pretty much put an unaltered photo of a brow on there and it's fine.

    What is going on here?

Another "what really grinds my gears?" with Peter Griffin.

Blech, still have the cold hanging on. Meh.

The fire damage in the back house is all repaired so I'll be moving back into my old room tonight. :) Yaay, for a few months at least. Going to spend the weekend cleaning up, plus a run to Office Depot to get a shipping box, bubble wrp, and tape.

Super Bowl weekend, kind of feeling so-what-ish about it all. I'll probably go see some live music instead, this year hasn't been areal football year for me. :-S

Chilly outdoors, should warm up nicely the next 2-3 days. :)
