    That is why you file a support ticket and wait for a response. Complaining in the forums about it isn't going to get the problem fixed.

    I did file a support ticket. Got an email from Britney saying there is no record of my payment since they dont do the Pay Pal anymore..however..I have the order number and the Pay Pal transaction number and PROOF that I paid it. I was told by Britney that I have to purchase a membership, when I have already been a member all these years?? How is that right?

However, with all the changes that have occurred it would not surprise me if a year from now that is changed as well.

    I have been a member for years and years... Daz has always treated me extremely well. I don't plan to go or stop my membership any time soon. (as long as I'm getting a paycheck :-))

    There are us quieter ones out there that do not have issues with this company :-)

    I know that a lot of people are still happy with the PC club, I don't have an 'issue' with Daz as a company but I have had more than 1 problem with my PC membership and I'm not the only one, there have been several varying problems.
    I'm on a limited income and not having a Credit Card the news that we can no longer pay monthly by Paypal caused me a problem.
    Daz have made alot of changes over the last year some I support some I personally think are wrong - nearly all of them I understand the reasoning behind it.
    I doubt that the difficulties maintaining membership are done on purpose but there are at times when they seem to esculate, now seems one of those times; unfortunately it leaves the poor staff in sales swamped leading to more frustration and delay for the customer.

    Even if you paid too late, wasn´t there some "grace period" (I don´t know how long), and you could renew the membership (for the renewal price) within the grace period without having to buy a new one?

    I am not sure if they offer a grace period or not..I would say not since they have you set up an automatic pay ...but I am unsure about it.

    EDIT last time i used it was quite some time ago, but the message is still there in the Knowledge Base. But not sure if this has changed.

    With the new site, PayPal will not link your payment to your Membership. So to avoid this error, all payments must be done via credit card. If you cancel your PayPal Subscription, and have recently paid via PayPal, please send in a sales ticket with the Transaction ID# and we will refund the recent credit card payment back to your card. This will link your Membership to your card and keep your PC Membership active.
    We hope to work something out with PayPal soon that will avoid this issue. Until then, credit card must be your payment method. We do apologize for the confusion and appreciate your understanding.

    Hi Britney..I did sent in a ticket, and I bit the bullet and purchased a monthly subscription ( it said Purchased on the product page)..
    So now I am back in and HOPEFULLY will be reimbursed.

    Thank you Britney for taking the time to post here, its good to hear that Daz are trying to work something out with Paypal.

    My membership is still messed up but just got restored a few minutes ago. Thanks to the DAZ person who fixed my account!
