    Jokes aside:
    You have to buy the extension, get a no accumulation deal automatically, contact support and they are tacking the new months to the end of your membership.
    I don't want to be sales support. ;)

    Buying the new membership simply starts another one so that it runs concurrently with your existing one, so it's even worse than simply restarting from the current date! The first one will simply charge you for another year when the renewal date comes around, because you can longer cancel that function, leaving you with two never ending subscriptions. Nice! As you say, I don't envy Support. I'm sure this is a headache they could also do without!

    I received a Platinum Club Newsletter this morning and it says the Modern Bed 1 is a March Freebie, yet it is priced $2.99 in the store.

    The limited items included everyday for March Madness is beginning to be uneventful. It seems I am getting one thing at a time out of my wishlist and it takes two to get a decent discount so I have to purchase something else that is more of a maybe rather than a want. Very frustrating so far. I am thinking of putting my wallet away until the end of the month, then maybe all the items will be for sale together.

    Definitely hoping for a big catch-up sale.
    I'm not going to buy something I don't need or particularly want just to get the 50% discount.
    That would be ridiculous and kind of stupid.

    I'm trying to be less ridiculously stupid in my life and particularly with my money. :P

    I guess there's still a math problem with these sales

    an example,
    I am a PC-member
    did buy the Garibaldi hair plugin (before march 1)
    put 2 items in the cart, one PC and one DAZ original, which are both listed in the present March Madness list

    the Math
    PC item - no discount this is correct
    Emiko:
    base price 16.95
    2 items is 50% discount, leaving 50%
    30% PC discount = 15% ;eaves 35%
    10% discount for 'garibaldi' = 3.5% leaves 31.5%
    31.5% from 16.95 = 5.34
    add PC 1.99
    total 7.33

    however the shop gives 7.93 which probably is
    35% for Emiko = 5.9325 = 5.94 (rounded the wrong way :lol:)

    Apparently, the 10% is not calculated

    Any one else also have this problem?

    Yes it should be 7.33. Bet the lack of 10% is due to one of the items being a PC one, and the store is preventing the discount from working. I've also had the 10% only applied to one item and not the other, quite arbitrarily it would appear. But since it's only been a few cents difference (except on day two when it was four bucks too much!) I've shrugged it off since the overall price is still good. But lots of errors have been happening for people during the MM sale apparently, so at least you can take comfort in knowing you're not alone! :)

    Okay I'm even more confused now. I just went to purchase two items from the SciFi category in the MM sale, and didn't get any discount! Neither the 50% nor the 10%. It's been working fine for me the last couple of days, while others have reported the discounts not working, so I guess it's my turn to suffer! It all seems so random....

    *sighs* ok i went to go buy 2 items both from the MM area and it is not reducing the price any further then the 30% . this is very frustrating 3 out of 5 times i have tried to buy during the sale this has happened.

    50% off irregardless of how many items one purchases, bonus coupons with MM featured content, and no "blackout" of newer content, with the only excluded items being the PC 1.99$ ones. We have suffered enough with all these these glitches and failures of the store software for over nine months now.

    Go back to the roots, keep it simple, and people will buy.

    I also think its pretty crappy how many times Daz promos a sale with an item not on sale.
    For example, Emelie and Edward Odd are the promo for category sale. They are too new and of course are not on sale. But Daz continues the lazy and misleading practice of tricking customers by using a promo image that is NOT on sale. It's not even the newest, nor the first, or anything like that.

    The whole March Madness is a letdown. I haven't bought anything. Considering Daz's decrease in quality for the PC, I'm not very surprised.

    Emelie and Edward Odd ... I think they came out with or shortly after the Young Teens, which came out end of December. So they were not too new.
    They were on sale with the PA "Silver" sale, which was on March 5 (I got Asobi together with Emiko and it worked for the 50%).

    Grumpf. The Doctor Cab that's signaling 3djoji's sale doesn't seem to be on sale. I know it came out some time after the rest of the horse stuff, and I suspect it's still under the 60-day cutoff.

    Nothing in the new items interests me (or that I can use, actually... Anything without a Legacy Installer or Poser Core Installer is a purchase I'm not making. Sorry Young Teens, no sale). The PA categories, at least hold some value (I still need a few things from Maclean's stuff), but I think I'll wait it out. *sigh* DAZ is making it really easy for me not to throw money at them this MM. :down:

    Like our local transit system where I live, instead of coming up with positive and constructive means to encourage people to use it, they keep making mistakes that discourage people from wanting to use it.


    Face it, Magento is an absolute fail. This should never have happened and not for as long as it has been going on.

    I want our vouchers back

    I want our Daz3D back.

    I do not have proper Poser version yet to create Poser companion files for my items that are not DAZ Originals. DAZ creates own files for the products they buy out from me (like RF Zipped Cardigan), but from what I heard if you have DSON importer and the necessary Poser version then creating poser companion files is practically one click process.
