    Thank you sir! The Hunter's Moon is an old Mill Environment set that I hadn't used in years, but it worked here so I figured why not. :coolsmirk:

    Well, I'm still suffering with this cold :(

    I've instructed the wife that should I not make it - my stuff is be released into the public domain ;)

    Seriously though take care dude...Chirstine and I are in the same boat..in fact Chris is still in bed, hence me online.

    Not having a computer to myself is becoming a right royal PITA. So much I have even considered buying a ZooStorm computer.

    Yea it's cool - joking aside I'm on the mend.. just can't shake it completely though.. bluergh*cough*wheeze*

    Zoostorm - can't say I've heard of them to be honest.. the specs look nice, but they don't seem to say what the motherboard is.

    ZooStorm no I had never heard of them until a few years back...They are made in Warringtion here is their WS http://www.zoostorm.com/Products/317-zoostorm-7877-0409-home-pc.aspx I noticed the lack on Motherboard info but I can contact then and ask them but I would wager they won't be that good compared to say what Dell are chucking out.

    Ah gotcha.. well, if it's a decent brand, then you should be ok. It's just all that unbranded stuff that people chuck in these kind of machines which make me wary.

    Dell's have their place, but then if depends if you dont mind having some 'non standard' motherboard stuff they often use.. which makes replacing parts a bit of a PITA.

    I had been debating over buying one and treating it as a disposable computer to buying one that I can make last but given most things these days are not meant or made to last I am erring on the side of disposble...If I went Dell route and got what I wanted I would be looking at 1700 - 2000 and another 5 months of saving but if I went down to the same specs as that ZooStrom I would be looking at another 300 on top woth Dell. I know i is my discission so I am not asking anyone to make it for me. Just thinking out loud..advise I do listen to though. :)

    2 grand - so you're not messing about then.. have you looked at somewhere like http://www.overclockers.co.uk or http://www.scan.co.uk/?

    Scan built mine - and while I had a few niggles with it, they seemed to sort it out fairly sharpish.

    Totally off topic but my fiber is finally installed, configured and my network is moved and now the routing works too ;-)
