    ...oh dear.

It seems that the part of "in sickness and in health" in wedding vows is getting tested sooner than later.

SO has flu-like symptoms and fever, has had 'em for a couple of hours.

And now I'm feeling slightly feverish too.

Congratulations Skiriki! The wife and I just had our 15th anniversary. We only knew each other for 3 weeks and 2 dates before getting married. Forgive and forget is the key and the realization that it will kill you financially if you part ways. :-) I hope you have as successful of a marriage as we have.

39.5 years for Diane and me!

KK, I just downloaded the newest version of Taosoft's DHM and logged in and selected an item in my history and clicked on the View Order Page button, and it brought the order up in the built-in browser. I searched for an item, clicked the Reset Checked Items button, and then looked in my downloads, and there it was at the top of the list!

    Dana

Remember that , since it's downloading installers rather than zips, DHM will use more bandwidth and will probably be slower than DIM.

I don't use it for downloads, just for the history features and resetting items now and then. It can download? I thought that was a different app.

I don't use the DIM, either. So, why are there not zips? I thought everything was going to zips anyway! I've gotten some zips when I've reset something that was older.

I have a horse-drawn hearse that was free. Never used it, but what's new? As I remember, it looked pretty high quality, too.

The coffin is pretty high quality, and I like the look of the hearse itself and how pose-able it is. I'll probably use a gianlt wolf to pull it, or something even less traditional (Draconian Warcow?).

And of course, given (as you said) Vickys propensity to wave sharp weapons while scantily clad (if at all), she's going to NEED that coffin sooner or later... :-S Even impractical armor can't always save her.:-S

Ohhh maaan, I'd so love to do the whole checklist. As it is, the first two must suffice.

...as I may have mentioned last night, it seems that unless you use the DIM to download your content first, it will not install anything as it has nothing to select from in it's Downlaods folder. So it's back to the old "one at a time" drill.

...now where did I leave that TARDIS™ key...?

Oh, found what happened with Lantios. I just needed to close 4.5 and reopen it and then say "yes" to adding the "new arrivals".

Just saw a young lady with "Merida hair" ride by on a bike. Geeez I wish someone would model it and put it in the store so I could buy it.

...OK now that I am in a silly dilly mood (seeing good things happen to friends does that to me) back down to the ground for a moment.

Got up early (well before 09:00) to go to the cafe, get brekkie and then head into town to file my UC claim. OK so I get online to find the location and Lo & Behold what do I find? I can file my claim on line. Sweet saved me 5$ in bus fare and no doubt countless hours sitting and waiting after "taking a number" (and I always seem to get something in the 90s when they are still in the 70s) reading terribly out of date magazines. I remember the last time (back in the 90s) when it still involved a seminar type situation to discuss all the details, legalities & such.

I can also do my job search from home or the cafe as they have this wonderful site that helps you first evaluate your skillset and then targets openings to fit your experience. They've dispensed with all the mail in rubbish so no time lag (save for the standard "waiting week") to file for the next weeks benefits. Payments can also be directed to my current bank account so no muss, no fuss, no having to make manual deposits.

Some days I so love the tech curve.

    ...OK, resume silliness...
