It's been a week now and I still don't have access to my downloads
And yes, I have filed a support ticket and it should have been fixed a few days ago according to the last response I received
They did however charge my card for the PC membership
I filed a support ticket on April 20th, and was assured on April 23rd that the order had been placed and was in pending status.
But it's been 8 days since I 'attempted' to place the order. I was refunded two of the three charges, so I have paid for the products, but still do not have confirmation of the order, nor access to the products.
So ... what's the holdup? It takes more than a week to confirm orders placed on Friday?

I filed my ticket on Friday, April 19th, and my issue was fixed late last Thursday, April 25th. So they are working their way to you.
