Why naked characters are forbidden in Daz?

Why would "being proximate" to someone else be "an issue"? Is hugging a friend something dirty? Except in the mind of some very strange people, I mean...

In my uneducated european opinion there is nothing more to be seen in that picture than two persons/creatures being close to each other, bodily and emotionally, but without any "dirty stuff" going on. Except in the minds of some probably deranged people, who want to see something dirty in stuff they don't like and/or understand.
