Help Desk is closed on weekends, it is monday now and they'll be doing weekend catch up. If they take longer than a couple days from now then you can worry ;) turn around on these are generally within 3 days.

Out of interest how many pages of serial numbers did you have? Just checking as some miss that there are more than one page. :)

Yes, I did that but as belovedalia wrote the people at DAZ3D Help Center probably don't work weekends. Good to know that it is the "My Serial Numbers" spot I should be looking at (and it's just one page for now). Thanks too both of you :-).

Fixed today, DAZ3D run out of serial numbers from the Vendor so that was the reason.

I'm also on the lookout for a good training video.
All the ones I saw for Vue11 only seem to go over the new features, not for complete beginners like me.

I did find one or 2 for Vue8-8.5, is this still up to date when learning Vue11?
