Hansmar - thsnk you.
Hansmar- thanks but no thanks that is Mtnmen's entry. I'm still working on my 1st entry
Hansmar and mtnmen: thanks, quite good remarks
Oops, Sorry Mtnmen!
Hansmar : thank you for your nice comment.
_Title: No, Title ._ InComplete No. 2_
@ ed3D : hope it's not Pandora's box
ed3D - the box may hold surprises...
Hey hansmar... thanks for the (forwarded from mermaid010) nice comments... Funny...
@ed3d...your untitled #2... again is an interesting stark place...who knows what could be inside that box in that place... fun
Henryhor - lol'' _no, it ain't _hadn't thought of that
Horo - yeah, partly
mtnmen - just, kind of the start
_thanks for nice remarks
ed3D : very interesting image.
Here is my second entry
Title: Natural Fertilizer
My Secret Garden's Secret... Daz--Dahlias and Roses--Lisa's Botanicals, M4, brick wall from Internet
forgot the image...
mtnmen - very beautiful Dahlia and roses garden.
Interesting challeng theme!
Stay: Interesting concept, really good pose and nicely staged.
drachenlords: Enjoyed all your entries. The first has a nice Hollywood “Golden Age” movie look. The second made me laugh. The third (my favorite) is so well done overall and wonderfully alein.
Hero: Great concept and the illumination is (as always) excellent.
Dave Savage: Very evocative and love the camera POV.
mtnmen: Two excellent entires, really enjoyed the first one for all it’s complexity. Both are really well illuminated.
adbc: very inventive concept and has a nice Art Deco vibe.
ed3D: nice concept and composition.
Here’s my first entry: “A Garden Secret”.
This is the first concept that popped into my head when I read the challenge theme.
Content used:
Architecture: Stonemason and Jack Tomalin.
Plants: Stonemason, Lisa’s Botanicals, and a Bryce tree with the Custom Leaf option.
Genesis 2 Female posed in DS4.6 based on a pose preset by i13.
Outfit by DAZ3D.
Hair by Goldtassel.
Bong modeled in Modo.
Illuminated by the Bryce sun, IBL (from Horo’s Sunless Skies) and a single Sphere Dome light (in the very center of the room).
Rendered at 16 RPP, True Ambience enabled. A little over 11 hours to render (mostly due to the “pot” leaves transparency).
Thanks for looking!

Voyager 4 Gallery: https://postimg.cc/gallery/16xw3g6au/
mtnmen: well, done
adbc: Thanks
Dan Whiteside: Thanks, and nice image_
@ ed3D: Another good start. I'm curious what the box has to hide.
@ mtnmen: A colorful garden with a macabre fertilizer.
@ Dan Whiteside: Thanks for the comments.
"A Garden Secret" is a wonderful picture with excellent light.
Dan - great entry, good idea and excellently done.
-thanks_drachenlords
And, putting text on the Box_it comes out white_ _even though , it's a black text PNG with transparency_??
ed3D: I guess there can be various reasons for items having different colour than expected. Horo will probably have a good idea. I wonder what will come out of the box. Keep working on it!
Mtnmen: (now I've got it right, I hope): beautiful flower garden.
Dan Whiteside: Fabulous scene and great render. Very well made.
Here is my first attempt. I am not fully happy, because I feel the picture lacks coherence and a clear focus. Most elements came with Bryce or are freebies. Sky is a modified version of one of the skies in one of my Bryce versions. I created the signs in Hexagon.
Title: 'Lost garden'.
Hansmar: Thanks, would say Horo will have a good suggestion_and yes, will keep working it_
'Lost garden' _, The sign Text ought to be Another Colour_So, it is Easyer to read
And prehaps the size, Giving more prominence_if that's your Focus_
mtnmen: hm..... but the flowers are really beautiful
Dan: beautiful scene, I like it
Hansmar: Lost Garden... this is funny. Where are the plants?
and here is my first entry:
forgotten place - the secret garden.
A big fire has destroyed the house where the family lived, and they went to another Country... so the Garden stay there, as a forgotten place.
@ mtnmen : this guy certainly had a green thumb. Beautiful flowers
@ Dan Whiteside : Wonder if that secret will stay secret. Luxurious place.
@ mtnmen : did you try to use black in the diffuse channel and the png only for tranparency ? or maybe with jpgs, one for the color, one for the transparency ?
@ Hansmar : fun idea
@ Yellow Pen : a paradise for cats. Nicely done
ed3D - I don't know your Mat Lab settings for the label. The centre picture in the Picture Lib is the alpha channel and in the Material Options you set it to Blend Transparency, then set a dot for Transparent but keep it 0. Black on the picture is transparent, white is shown and can be given a Dissfuse colour. If text is black and background white in the Pictures Lib, you can swap the alpha (centre picture). I'm not shure Bryce handles transparency in a PNG.
Hansmar - nice garden with the flowers lost. I like the idea.
Yellow Pen - superbly done. Must be beautiful once one is inside.
mtnmen : beautiful and colourful render, well done.
Dan : very good idea, wonderful render.
ed3D : incomplete but almost complete, nice improvement.
Hansmar : lost garden : fun picture !
Yellow Pen : wow, wonderful image.
My second entry : Gate to the secret garden.
Walls, stairs, gate : Wings3D. plants : freebies, grass and trees : Bryce. Sky : free HDRI. Child : daz studio genesis.
thanks Henryhor, Horo and adbc, for your nice comments...
Adbc: really beautiful...I love it.
Mtnmen - very beautiful garden, nice idea - human fertilizer.
Dan Whiteside- good idea, lighting is excellent, great entry.
Hansmar – cool idea, a desert garden
Yellow Pen – wow awesome
Adbc – beautiful entry, love the clouds and the overall lighting.
Ed3D – maybe this screenshot will help you, I had problems getting the film to show correctly in the last challenge and after much trials and error I got it right. I needed the film to be black and white. And like Horo mentioned, Blend Transparency must be set with a dot in the Transparent at 0. My images were jpeg.
Is Lisa’s Botanicals, available in the store, I couldn’t find any.
Great minds thinking alike, a hat-trick of gate entries. My first entry - all freebies.
But i don't know which to enter the 2nd or the 1st.
Enter if you dare
adbc - beautiful entry.
mermaid - 2nd is more dramatic, I like it. Lisa moved to HiveWire3D.
