My graphic design skills need work. lol

Boudoir secrets come with bows and lace.

Apparently, Daz allows renders of women in lingerie on this website. I feel awkward posting these kinds of renders without tagging them as mature. I still need to install the rest of my runtime from the backup like the furniture and plants.

i don't know if it's true, Florida residents don't pay a state income tax?

the decision meter tween Santa Barbara and Kissimees is swinging towards the Kisses.
but, not quitting my dayjob until i actually go see the apt. the pictures might be from pre-opening, could be shabby town by nows.

...True, Florida has no state Income Tax, but there is a state sales tax

Washington State doesn't have an Income Tax (though they do have sales tax as well). Not quite as nasty during the Winter as the Northeast can be. However Seattle is not a cheap city to live in. Not as bad as San Francisco or Santa Barbara though.

Nevada Doesn't either (there is state sales tax) but Vegas is the only large city, it get's nasty hot in the summer, and right they have one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation.

Texas also doesn't have a State Income Tax but like The other three they also have a state sales tax (and as I understand it is charged on Daz orders). As you have seen from Wooly's posts it can get hot there a good part of the year but they also can get nasty winter storms (usually ice, sleet, snow, or a mixture of the three) in the central and northern parts of the state.

Alaska has neither a state income or sales tax, but if you are trying to get away from the cold winters, not the place to go. It is also fairly expensive to live there as most food and other necessities have to be shipped a long distance to get there.

Wonderful, over three hours for nothing (let it render overnight).

    Be back in a bit.

Alaska is prolly too cold for fire ants. i don't think anyone would ever visit me.

if i lived near Disney World, peeps will prolly visit me more often than they do now.

i wanna be by the pool, with a laptop, making props, sipping pina coladas.

sigh. i'd trade the dream to have more time with my bubby.
i've been rubbing belly over 23 years. can i keep my humanity and my soul with two free hands?

....OK here we go again. Got things fixed and adjusted some of the settings a bit.

Again, as the render did not finish in time last night, Leela (in her new holiday outfit) along with "Mr. Percy" wish all who celebrate it, a Happy Boxing Day.

Morning. All grey and overcast and humid so far today and waaah no wind to speak of, kind of an anti-sailing day at the marina where you try and fail not to notice all the diesel fumes in the air :)

Weather has stayed cold for 3 full days in a row. Body is adapting to a steady weather thing. Almost back to normal.

Now watch the weather pull another flip flop just because I posted this.

i've cut down on the resolutions this year.
    setting aside the language learning.
need to focus on making a credit rating, read somewhere apt buildings like a credit rating of 790.
need to focus on socking away the retirement funds, while i still have a job. the lotto is a backup plan, but i need a plan A.

oh noes, my link to the apt was on my old compy. i think it was camden apts.

alpha hotel alpha. saved the screenshots. pheww
so, if i had a roomate  to share the 3 bedroom/2 bath, could make the 3rd bedroom an office. :)

Wow! :bug: The starting price is a little bit more than I pay for my mortgage! And that's only because the insurance and real estate taxes are escrowed into it. Without them it's about $750 -$800.

Is that the Proclamation of South Austrailia? At the Old Gum Tree? Wasn't that on the 28th, in 1836? Or is this some other ceremony?

The low for Birmingham, Alabama will be 30 degrees F. Wow. I thought the south is supposed to be warmer than the Mid-Atlantic states.

Pretty sure the proclamation wuz was a British Parliament thing in 1834, maybe the paperwork didn't get there until 1836 ? :)
