    Tim: Somehow your great render makes me think of "Dead finks don't talk", but slightly modified:

    Super submissions....so far. Above, having looked at my local ant farm (on my path where I walk), I thought these ants are truly MAD, but, I'd guess, truly organised, too. Will call this 'Honey Madness'.

    "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World", a movie from my childhood i need to watch again. No, i don't have anything yet, just remembered a title.

    Glad to see entries in this mad contest :)

    Hansmar:

    "The Scream" - great interpretation of classic painting. "One step beyond is ... Madness!" - i'm glad in our school we didn't have to participate in SUCH events...

    drachenlords:

    "Fear to Madness" - wow, spiders everywhere... maybe it's her inner side? Totem? She'll feel better when she will accept it. "Let me entertain you" - nice circus "slice of life" scene.

    Tim82:

    "This Way Madness Lies" - i think Madness is some cute and funny cat, i'll surely take some food for feeding her.  By the way, what is set you are speaking of?

    Hansmar - Excellent rendition of the Munch classic, especially good job on the colors. I like the dark humor of your second -great poses too.

    drachenlords - now that’s a very scary scerio and very nicely staged. You’re second is well done and has the weird factor of a  Steven King story.

    Tim - A creepy and nightmarish image. Excellent foliage.

    Thanks, Mermaid yes I should have had put the lighting source higher up, but still, the shadow cast by the honey stick on to the bowl is nice, I think.

    Jamahoney - eek, seeing ants makes me itchy! (So the fewer the better as far as I'm concerned surprise - I seem to spend most of the summer trying to keep them out of my house - and yes, they do have a strange combination of organisation but mad-seeming scrambling). Nicely done entry, though.

    adbc - great idea and lovely colours/lighting/reflections.
