Lukon100 - clever! and nicely done!

Here's a 1970 AMC AMX/3  - sadly the deal to make these fell through.. model is a Sketchup model  - tok a lot of work to get it to be really useable.

Very nice, too bad AMC later got absorbed by Chrysler for their Jeep brand. I only wish AMC would not have killed off the Hudson line when in the 1950s Hudson, Willys and Nash merged to create American Motors Corp.

...AMC was headquartered in Kenosha WI not far from Milwaukee.  I worked for their parts distribution facility on Milwaukee's south side for a while

I'm trying to make a 3d model of the 2001 PT Cruiser that I used to own. The solid cranberry color is okay but trying to replicate the Chromalusion paints is harder than I thought. I still have the original line art of the flame design to help with the flames.

That's coming along a treat! looking forward to seing the end result!

Updated version of my 2001 PT Cruiser: BobCruise. The flame color is pretty close to the Chromalusion paint but the gold/maroon color is a bit off. I used the Iray decal node to apply the flames, but I couldn't get it too extend on to the cranberry section behind the front wheels. Almost done.

Absolutely! I remember when the cruisers first came out. My friend bought one and everyone in his apartment complex just refered to it as "The Cruiser". They gave it it's own parking space. It was the car to have!

This is my attempt at the Fairlane Gasser you posted. This is a Futura Falcon 1965 though. I tried but it just can't touch that awesome Red 1963 Fairlane you posted.

Here is one I did a while back for a contest on one of my music sites. I used one of the Daz cars. That is the blues artist Robert Johnson when he went down to the crossroads to make a deal with the Devil. If you look at the blow up attatchment pic, you can see a skeleton is driving the car...Bruhahahaha! It is titled simply...

    "Crossroads".

A few years ago I thought Rudolph and his reindeer friends needed a break this Christmas, so I designed Santa a new hot rod sled in 3D modeling apps. I am currently doing a little update to his hot rod sled using Blender 3D and MOI 3D.

Scene was rendered using e-onsoftware's Vue with some sketching in ArtRage (Santa, trees, deer, smoke, thrown snow.) Photoshop used for color, contrast and other adjustments.
