I was hoping it would be an actual tiger den, but I can't say I'm disappointed by what I see.

    i *do* like it!

looks like an incredible set.  very impressive, from the design to the textures.

i'd love to see close-ups of some of your scene elements.  you've got a lot of cool props and sublocations in here.

    nice work!

Looks great.  Are there exterior textures for the gate and walls?

Looks promising. Do the doors in the house open?

    Wow.....

That was worth the wait. I'm going to scale the exterior by 300% though.

  • This looks amazing! I'll be on the lookout for it!
  • Thanks for the nice comments. I have this in PASS right now and will be released as a bundle. Here's a shot of the Rumble in the Jungle texture set.

  • Cool. Glad you like it and nice of you to comment.

    Thanks!

  • Is anyone else having an issue with the textures for the main set? The images in the textures folder are all only 2-5kb in size and measure 1in x 1in in dimension, like they were compressed down incorrectly.

Yes, the base textures seem to all be essentially thumbnail 91*91 pixel. The expansion textures are fine. I filed a ticket about it (ticket no. 328211) you can add your comment to give it more weight. But DAZ acknowledged the issue and hopefully the full textures are soon added to the download. Maybe The%20Management can check into it too.

  • I just noticed this tonight as well and have contacted DAZ. Looks like someone may have gotten a little free wheeling with the Photoshop actions! I'm sure they will get a fix in for this ASAP.

    Thanks for being so proactive.

is there a load-all-props-in-place option for the prop set somewhere?  i looked for one yesterday, and again today.

i tried loading all the props click-by-click yesterday and wound up with a few items placed, and a huge pile of cool artifacts at world center.

even the water lilies are loading at world center for me.

  • I had a preset for the den and props. You have to have both for it to work.  I am checking with Daz to see if it can be included. I think it is Daz's preference to have things load at 0,0,0.

thank you.  i do have both.  :)

i appreciate your looking into this.

even if daz insists that 'props' must load at world origin, i reckon they'd accept a scene or scene subset that positioned things appropriately in the world space.

Nice work! I feel like you have stepped up your render "game" with the last several posts on various products. Inspirational. yes

Will watch this thread for news of update, I thought it really odd that the main packages were so small when the texture add-on was so large.

  • Update files have been loaded to PASS including a preset for props placement. Thanks for your patience.

Based on the size increase of the download I am seeing, the update seems to be live. I'll check it out tomorrow.

    Thanks

    Thanks, fastbike1.  I appreciate the comment. :)

  • Yes, the textures have been updated. Looks like the preset for props isn't in there yet. Still must be running through PASS.

I just installed the props package and none of the thumbnails for the props or textures are showing up (just an icon frame with an exclamation point). Also the textures don't load when I try to open any of the objects. I searched the directory and the entire hard drive for the image files the error message said the program was looking for. I'm curious to know if the props package is still maybe under development or if this is something I should submit a ticket for. I installed via install manager, then uninstalled and resinstalled through Daz directly. Seems the package for the files is incomplete when I searched the directory itself. The computer has been restarted, program restarted. directory cleaned up and still the same issue when reinstalling.
