that is ok, not the sort of questions i was hoping to get anyway.
I got a few for you.
Are digital/3D your only art mediums?
Are you self taught?
How long have you been a slave to the pixels?
Are there any artists that you'd give your left nut to tutor under (if you don't have the left, perhaps the right)?
What type of music/bands give you eargasms and get your creative juices flowing? That is, unless you sit in silence huddled in a corner somewhere.
That should keep you busy for a bit. lol
It is in fact, I do this in my renders using gimp, photoeditor, photoscape
But in the case of an animation ... a minute or 2 are very renders / pictures for postwork ...
On the other hand, a video editor, as hitfilms does the same (in hundreds of frames at the same time) does the same as gimp / photoshop
make a picture?
hitfilms and photoshop, gimp do the same thing ... one on video, and the other in still images?
Am I able to do the same effects I do in my renders STILL using gimp / PS ... the same effects on ANIMATION IN A VIDEO EDITOR?
Photoshop CS6+ has a timeline and animation tools, but for adding real-time video effects I'd stick to a video editor. The 2 I hear thrown around most often are Adobe Premier and Sony Vegas (more Vegas than Premier). I don't do real-time animation type stuff.
Do you have any tips on how you do your compositing and/or masking? That's something I'm always looking to get better at, especially when I need to create book covers.
Sony Vegas ... This has similar filters, the filters gimp / Ps, etc?
eg the gimp there is a filter called soft glow, and I like much of what he does in still images.
a filter like this in a video editor ... exist?

I couldn't say what Sony Vegas has. I don't do animation so I don't have it. It is animation software, so any tools are more than likely geared towards animation editing and such rather than 2D filters. I do know some animation software allow you to like overlay or input another animation on top of the first. It's how a lot of CGI blasts and laser effects and such are created.
Ask you ANYTHING?
Okay, why do people insist on forwarding to me the latest round of urban legend emails with righteous indignation rather than checking Snopes to see if it's real? :P
because you gave your email addy to a bunch of idiots
This item works in animations or still only on renders?

I'm so glad to see another user of Snopes. I feel your pain.
I'm also tired of seeing posts about missing people who were already found like 2 years ago. Do your homework people.
nobody forwards me anything, nobody really emails me, for the most part I don't even get spam emails. pretty much the only email I get is from the 3D sites I shop at.
All the forwards I get are on FB. I don't get personal emails other than teachers from my daughter's school.
Which V4 breast morphs do you recommend?
Hmmm, thanks!
I'm not a programmer, not so ... Can you get an idea of an average pay for someone to develop a plugin / script for poser?
I'm afraid I do not have the budget or to start it, but wanted to get an idea of how this is done.
I think of a plugin / script for post-render in PP2012.
That after the render (still or animations) the plugin started with a window with dozens of options, visual effects, to render on render something like Photoshop Actions: Color FX, Sunlight, sundown, fog, and more ...
I have no money for that .. I think.
it is thousands of dollars?
I've posted some of my work at DevArt http://lycanthropex.deviantart.com/gallery/
Sweet. :D
Cured and Won't Shut Up gave me a good chuckle.

you obviously have a sense of humor as sick and twisted as mine
Yes, but in photoshop / gimp / paint.net / photoscape / photoeditor / ...etc ... to make a postwork say 7000 frames of an animation ... one by one by hand ...
so what i think is that if the post-render poser had more functions of postwork was only set up and release the work for him to do ... meanwhile I could go to my work in the real world and when I got back, everything was ready too.
Lycan at one point you were working on a tutorial. Are you ever going to do anything with it? I'd love to soak up some of that knowledge

If watching Human Centipede and laughing counts, then yep. lol
I really suck at tutorials. This stuff is easier to do than it is to explain. I was going to do on on reflective surfaces in Poser and I really should get back to working on that one

i have never seen that
I think it was a postwork tutorial. I could be remembering wrong though

You should, you really should... and a movie called Teeth. ;)
Simply put, I'm a card carrying member of the sick and twisted club.
my "post work" is so goofy. for one I usually do a good portion of my "post work" before I start rendering lol. Then when it gets to some of my creature creation stuff, there can be like 1000 steps to the process, now i have been doing this for 20 years so i can do those 1000 steps in like 5 minutes. But for the tutorial i need to slow things down and explain each little step. And on the rare occasion I have done a tutorial, most people get so overwhelmed by what all goes into what I do that by step 8 they are like "forget this, too much work" lol
really when it comes down to it, if you know how to use layers in a 2D ap like photoshop or paint shop pro then you can do anything that i do. I do a lot of renders of each element of my image rather than one big render and then i build up the image in layers
