    they have gotten to my support ticket and they admired it's a bug in the product, and are going to fix it

    Well, I don't have GenX though ti seems unlikely that could trigger it. lcfar, what plug-ins do you have?

    Edit: ah, well if there's going to be a fix the cause doesn't matter so much.

    I have GenX2 and LAMH on my system. You're right, if they're going to fix it, it doesn't matter. I thought myself it was some kind of memory overflow problem. I played around a little and I found that both Eyelids Down Fold and Earlobes Attached, unlike most of the other Genesis shaping parameters, each have four sub-components (two each for V5 and M5) and have names that are 17 characters long (counting spaces). If I loaded no sub-components or any one, two or three, no crash. Only when all four are loaded is there a crash.
