    Well - if you can live without the promises of the percentages, there is a smallprint that you can opt out of the punches thing by contacting the customer support (of course before you used any of those punches perks).

    Well has anyone tried the Goddess Hair http://www.daz3d.com/goddess-hair-18974 & Goddess Hair Texture to see if the points are showing up on our punch out yet?

    I have been waiting to see if they fix it, but got to go to bed soon, maybe after I get up they will fix them. lol

    Looks like if I get any thing it will be just that.

    I think it is a bug. The base Goddess Hair is for V2 and V3 - I doubt DAZ would make it punchable. I guess it is a mistake connected to the links! When you click on the required base hair from the texture set's page, you will be redirected to a cute hairstyle by Valea that is called Goddess Hair, but is for Gen2F: http://www.daz3d.com/countdown-2-summer/goddess-hair-18974.

    If you click on the milestone ribbon, for any you have achieved there are two options:"redeem yours here", and a "browse all". The "browse all" leads to the list, the "redeem yours here" leads to the tutorial. It is a bit murky that those are separate items, and you have earned both. The tutorial does not need the coupon, it is already free. Item's under "browse all" are eligible for that coupon if they are at least $3. This is only my experience with them, DAZ does not give specific instructions in the matter.

    Oh my, that is really complicated... Perhaps that is why I'm not much into such sales with tiers and punches. They are too confusing.

    I wish those of us who haven't made the milestone knew exactly what the "milestone rewards" are. It might help in the decision whether to purchase more or not.

    We are totally in the same cart. Plus IF the tutorials mentioned are as follows:

    1. SF - "SF Warrior"

    2. horror - "Inside The Asylum" (oh, poor DAZ, you'll never beat Shalebridge Cradle)

    3. pin-up - "Day At The Beach"

    4. fantasy - "Slaying The Dragon"

    ...then it's not such a heartthrobbing offer. They're free to anyone as far as what I looked is correct.

    I've only got 3 punches, and they way things are going at the moment, I doubt I'll ever reach 25! Not much in the freebies that I haven't already got either. Not much of a sale for me. Oh well saving the pennies.

    Anyone else having problems getting the gift card coupon code to work? It says with a purchase of today's new item but even with one in the cart, I can't get the code to work. :(

    I didn't check out, but it worked in cart view for me. Are you sure it was one of the punch-worthy items you had in your cart with it?

    I bit the bullet and bought Valea's new Goddess hair (since I want it one way or the other), and it did *NOT* give a punch. So if you want it for that, hold off.

    I can't get the gift cert coupon from the 5th milestone to work is anyone else having this issue? (yes, I am aware, I spend WAY to much money here. On the plus side it is a business expense for taxes!)

    The fourth coupon in the countdown is claimed to be invalid for me. As far as I can see all the items in my basket are DOs (taken from the DO Fantasy Sale list, with none of them being PC or Value items.

    I didn't have any trouble using the 20% discount coupon from the fifth milestone to buy a gift card earlier today, but I haven't gotten the code yet so I can use it. How long does that usually take? Hours? Days? This is my first gift card.

    Last time I did it, it was immediate.

    I too got invalid coupon for the last tier reward. I'm guessing that the 10% off today has somehow messed up the 20% off one.

    And furthermore, the C2S-HORROR10 coupon category isn't working uniformly for me, either. I added the Wicked Skullcrusher Ogre Morphs to my cart with another item, then added the coupon. The first item was counted as $0, but the Skullcrusher morphs are still listed at the price on the " DAZ Original Horror Sale" page. And the morphs are not a PC or value item...

    EDIT: I just realized that the "Genesis sale" overlaps with the horror category, and it says that the genesis sale "does not stack with other offers. *sigh* This isn't terribly user-friendly, trying to figure out what will work and won't work with the coupons.

    Also, this doesn't solve the mystery of why the Fantasy coupon isn't working. Added the Skullcrusher Ogre to my cart (not a genesis or other sale item, as far as I can tell) and I still got a "coupon not valid" message.

    I can't get the horror coupon to work for DMR Lynettes Dark Rites.
    I may have to give up, I see to have purchased almost everything else > $3 in that category.

    Ahhh... that makes sense. Everything I wanted to buy with the coupon was 86% Off.. LOL Thanks for chiming in.

    I wonder if that may be it - all a bit moot now as having just looked the price of my basket seems to have doubled overnight ... ;) I did log a case about this, so it is being looked at.

    My age old question on almost all DAZ sales... How is the percentage discount calculated this time? I scoured the promotion page, but found nothing, and flipped through this message thread and couldn't find the answer.

    I don't want to email customer support because I imagine that by the time I am answered, the item will have cycled out of the sale.

    Anyway...

    I am purchasing Studio Light PRO DS 4.6 Edition, list price $34.95, $24.47 with the standard 30% discount.

    I have enough punches to qualify for 18% off.

    The item in my cart is listed as $22.02. Which doesn't match with any math I know given the percentages I have.

    48% off (30 + 18) = $18.18
    30% off and then 18% off = $20.06

    $22.02 appears to be 37% off?

    And, on an unrelated / related note, when I try to use "C2S-PINUP15" I get "Coupon code "C2S-PINUP15" is not valid."
