Question - Dragon's Pro Bundle was listed in the "today" section of Countdown yesterday, but is not included in either section, but the base is. Should the Pro Bundle still be listed as well? I hope so. I am hoping to be able to buy it tonight, tomorrow at the latest, but nothing is sure yet.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm investigating the milestone coupons and trying to figure out why they aren't working. I'll post again in this thread when I have an update.

The DAZ Dragon 3 Pro Bundle has been punchable all day. For some reason it wasn't included in the category that drives the "Yesterday's Punchable Items" widget on the Countdown-2-Summer page.

He's there now and should give you a punch if you buy him today.

I am purchasing Studio Light PRO DS 4.6 Edition, list price $34.95, $24.47 with the standard 30% discount.

I have enough punches to qualify for 18% off.

The item in my cart is listed as $22.02. Which doesn't match with any math I know given the percentages I have.

    48% off (30 + 18) = $18.18
    30% off and then 18% off = $20.06

$22.02 appears to be 37% off?

You multiply the discounts, not add. Your second calculation is correct ($20.06).

Is there another discount at the bottom of the cart? Otherwise, you should contact support.

    Thanks. I will do that.

And no, the $22 price is the final Grand Total.

Now I am going to need to go back through all my other purchases.

And in checking, every past order was calculated wrong.

I would suggest everyone check their order math.

Keep in mind that you don't get a punch for the item you are buying until after you purchase the item.

This means that if you have 17 items and you're purchasing numbers 18, 19 and 20 you won't get a 20% discount, you will get a 17% discount.

I'm not saying that this is what is causing the problem (I haven't had the chance to look in to it yet) but it is a definite possibility.

Ok, so maybe dumb question, but is that with tax?

    Greetings,
Hrm; that does appear to be 30% off then 10% off. I know the math has worked in the past, my first order on May 28th (yesterday) was exactly-right, percentage-wise.

I have 19% off for punches, and I agree the math is not correct currently. For me, it seems to be...2% behind. It's $20.31, which is 34.95 * 0.7 * 0.83. I can't easily check the math on the item I bought when I had 18% (it was a complex order), but the order I placed when I had 17% yesterday was spot on.

So it's possible that some script hasn't updated the actual percentage discount since yesterday. I'll try to split up and make sense out of the complex order, since the prices should still be the same in the store today, and see if mine got busted also.

[Edit: Yes, in fact, my discount on my third purchase yesterday which should have been 18% off was 17% off. So it stopped adding percentages yesterday, although it displays them correctly in the banner.

I purchased an item that was 24.95 * 60% * 30% off, for $6.99, three items that were 3.19, 299, and 3.39. A $9.95 item with no discount, and a punch card item that was $16.95 with 30% off then 17% off (should have been 18%) for $9.85, then subtracting $15 from that, for a total of $21.36. The total should have been $21.24. So the difference for me was $0.12, which isn't enough to pay for my time to have figured that out. :) Still, it's interesting, and suggests that some process on their side which grants actual discounts has gotten disconnected from what shows the discounts in the display.

(I'd make a comment here about normalizing data preventing this kind of thing, but...that'd just be piling on. :-) )]

I'm having Ben double check the segments to make sure that they are updating properly. If they aren't that would explain why some people are having issues with the rewards coupons as well as getting the wrong discount percentage.

No tax involved and I did take the staggered percentages into consideration.

    Item List Paid Correct Difference
    DAZ Dragon 3 Wing Membrane Expansion $11.95 $7.53 $6.94 $0.59
    .... (removed)

It's the same complaint I always have with these "cute" sales. No details or fine print, no transparency of the math, confusing terms, etc. etc.

EDIT: Sorry, tried to clean up the numbers three times.

EDIT 2: Removed the numbers since they were messy anyway. I have the details in a spreadsheet if need be.

Ok, discounts should be correct starting now, however there was an approximately 24 hour period of time where people were getting punches, but they weren't switching segments. That's why you would see a 17% discount when you were supposed to get 19%. You had 19 punches but were still stuck in the 17 segment.

We are going to review all the orders during this period and issue store credit to everyone that was overcharged so you shouldn't need to file a sales support ticket.

**Edit it's going to take Ben a while to go through all of the data and make sure everyone gets the proper store credit so please be patient.

I can confirm that it now seems to be working properly.

I was able to purchase Studio Light Pro for the price I expected it to be. That was the item that I first noticed being wrong.

I had already opened a ticket, but I will go back and close it.

@DAZ_jared - Purchased REAL Hairy and it's not giving a punch.

Edit: Thanks for fixing the Horror coupon. It worked on anything not in the concurrent V4/M4 80% sales category.

Neither http://www.daz3d.com/countdown-2-summer/svengar-for-gianni-6 or http://www.daz3d.com/countdown-2-summer/poses-clothing-textures-for-eclypse gives a punch either, and pose/clothe set doens't even come up as purchased for me, even though it is on the order receipt/invoice (never learn which word is right :) )

Ahhh, that explains the, previously, inexplicable 0.33 store credit :)

As far as I can tell everything should be giving a punch. That doesn't necessarily mean that it is though. As soon as Ben gets in I will have him look at it.

Fortunately it is very easy for us to issue punches that got "missed" so no need to worry about that. If you purchased a punchable item and didn't get a punch we will get you one today.

Ok everyone should have the correct amount of punches as of like 15 minutes ago. New purchases should be issuing punches as well.

Cheers, as far as I can see none of my last order gave a punch.

Is there some sort of punch catch up thing going now? On the countdown to summer page, a lot of older products are in the "Yesterdays" section.

I think there's another bug. Prior to today's releases I was at 7 punches. Then I bought a few new items and should be at 10, but it still shows 7.

    Like... dubble-u tee eph?
