Anyone else like, "What? No Starter Bundle?". It's a $20 base or a $60 Pro Bundle. No happy medium? (Not that I'm knocking the Pro Bundle. There's some serious content in there for $60 bucks!
60 is a lot. I'm going to wait to see what Raw and the other vendors come out with first.

Maybe someone could post a render with the old and new dragons next to each other. Might give folks a better idea of the shape and detail differences.
I know I definitely want to add this dragon to my collection. The Hellborn, Spectral, Komododreki and the Mummy dragons look especially awesome to me.

Not for nothing, but if you bought the Gen2F stuff a few days ago, and maybe if you're PC, in the cart the pro bundle is $46.84. And one of today's freebies is a dragon thingy too :D
I know that the base dragon, without morphs, is nice, but isn't nice enough to tempt me. I agree that the base, as is, resembles more of a lizard. My dragons need horns, and the base doesn't seem to come with those. The morphs package does, so I would need that as well. I do like the fact that the base is plain enough to allow modifications to be added, but I will wait until I can buy the pro. (Although I do wish that I could actually see the texture pack that is listed on the promo page as being included.)
The discounted price in my cart is $54.56 for the stuff that I bought. Still, seems like DAZ Priced this one out weird. I've never seen a Pro Bundle without a Starter Bundle. It's kind of all or nothing this time. I would have been happier with a mid-range $40 bundle. I'm just not a big fan of buying a bunch of stuff up front that I don't need in order to to get something later at an affordable price. DAZ seems to do that a lot.

The What's Included and Features section of the DAZ Dragon 3 should be fixed now... It seems a mysterious someone who will forever remain a mystery (in their haste to get to a concert last night) forgot to close an anchor tag in the description. The anchor ended up wrapping to the What's Included and Feature's section.

Do you have any punches? Because that's going to affect the price of the Pro Bundle too.
With one punch, the Gen 2 outfit, PC discount and PC coupon, it was just over $48 for me.
Dang. I used my PC coupon this month already. What are the chances this price will hold until June when a new coupon comes out? Probably zero, right? I usually buy the bundles on day one, so I never know how long these intro prices last. Should I buy it today at $54 thinking it'll be more tomorrow?
...and just when I was comfortable not looking here anymore they made this.....I hate you...but I love you. Cant wait to take this beast for a spin lol.

The intro price typically does hold for more than 4 days, yes... :) As a PC member you're getting intro discount (30%) * PC discount (30%) * punch card discount (?%), and then add in your coupon. I completely believe that it will still be at this price point in 5 days, when the new month is upon us. :)
Personally, the punches bring the Pro bundle down to Really Nice Price, and donations to my open source projects put me over the top in being able to buy fun stuff today. And for me, that definitely looks like a dragon.

Are there morphs to make the eyes bigger. I like big eyes on my beasts?... like you find in anime or toons even.
There is an Eyes Large (or Eye size, DS is closed for the moment) with the Morph pack, though you may have to turn off limits to get the eyes that big.

No, Misty - a GeoGraft adds geometry, which may be posable, and optionally hides some of the existing geometry so it can behave like a swap, but that isn't exactly what it is doing.

Well in Pern the colour denotes which is male and which is female, and the great golden dragons, the Queens who produce the next generations, are actually like raptors inasmuch as they are larger than their male counterparts (tiercel). They mate on the wing.
I'm a bit confused about the textures that are available for the Dragon III? I think I saw two for the base figure and then a couple more in add on packs. Does anyone know how many textures there are?

Sorry to be so dense. Which add on pack is that? I'm think of getting the pro bundle but are they in that? Most of the stuff in the pro bundle are either poses or armor. I don't see any texture addons for the dragon in the pro bundle and I'm not going to buy it and wind up with only a couple of textures.
