The Mad Chemistry Lab Bundle [COMMERCIAL]
After months and months of work, our newest set has now released so I thought I'd start a thread to show some of the pieces etc to you all :) You can buy the set as one large set or buy individual parts of the set. We spent a long while sorting out the best way to break everything down to give lots of options and to choose only what you want or need.
Here is a link to the main Bundle which includes everything from the Furnishings, Chemistry, and Room packs as well as full scene presets, lights, and cameras: http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/the-mad-chemistry-lab-bundle
If you would like to purchase just the books and furnishings (Excludes the Chemistry Tables) and misc room props, you can get those only by purchasing the Furniture Set here: http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/the-mad-chemistry-lab-furnishings
If you would like to just purchase the Chemistry props (Includes the Chemistry Tables), you can get just those by getting this pack: http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/the-mad-chemistry-lab-chemistry-set
And if you would just like the room only, you can get that here: http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/the-mad-chemistry-lab-room
I'd add the "What's Included" info for all that but the list is so long it is probably easier to read it on the pages where it is formatted all nice. If anyone has any questions at all please don't hesitate to ask and can't wait to see any renders you all come up with :).

Here are all the books with all the texture options for the various book models...
In all there are 6 different books each with 4 different texture options :)
The last two book type renders :) and some of the Bookshelves and Presets :)
More Bookshelf Preset Renders and a render of the Desk Preset :)
Various Pieces
Some shown with True Reflect/Refract and then also shown with the Mapped Reflect/Refract.
The ones with Mapped Reflect/Refract are somewhat hybrid. They do also contain some True Reflect to make them look more realistic while still cutting down on render time.
The True Reflect/Refract versions will take a fair while to render in Poser or DS (especially with our presets due to the sheer volume of glass and things reflecting back and forth from each other that are close to each other etc)
My oh my honey. Your getting more and more adventurous. Looks awesome!
And of course it all comes will full DAZ Studio 4 settings
(this is one of the DS light and camera settings)
Glad to see your on board Neil! Looks nice and moody!
I'm still adding renders....there's so much here it's hard to choose what to show O.o
WOW, you guys have certainly been busy!!!! I especially like the nice touches of the worn books, and the ink wells and quill for writing on the desk. Really nice. Can't wait to see how you decide to pack it up.
Oh my, indeed!
This looks marvelous. And all full of useful *pieces*
It looks amazing
Holy cow!!!
*mind boggles*
Mad scientists everywhere will be clamoring for this.
:faints: Please tell me it will also work in Poser. It's absolutely perfect for my alternate universe Sherlock Holmes series.
the suede lookin books look excellent grimoires. something Raistlin would have.
Where's the alembic full of bubbling pink liquid, huh? ;)
Oh.. my.. god. Want!
I has lots of little bits and pieces and bottles looking for a home too. Love those books!
Please say there's a Poser version too. Since it's coming from you guys, I'm hoping you're not letting me down. ;)
The renders I posted were all done in Poser so your answer would be yes...it is done for Poser and for DAZ Studio as always :)
I'm still posting more renders but ran out of steam for today LOL Will post some more up tomorrow though :) We saved all the individual chemistry set pieces with mapped reflect/refract (quicker to render) and also saved them all out again with true reflect/refract (more accurate) so I am rendering a few pieces both ways to show the differences there :)
Thankyouthankyouthankyou!!!! :begins digging under sofa cushions for spare change: It will be mine even if I must eat the really cheap brand of Ramen for a whole month.
^This. lol
Also looking forward to the unmapped reflect mats. Should be fun for more close-up tight scenes.
Wow... looks great! I like the book models and textures... esp. the notebooks.
Wow!! \o/
*starts rooting through sofa cushions for lost change*
A proper Lab, with loads of Vials and Bottles and Containers.
Even a real coal fire for those long winter nights, these Victorians had it all :)
A few DAZ Studio renders.
A close-up of the glass
Very nice Frank.
I love the little burners too, what a great set.
Excellent DAZ renders Frank. The glass, especially, looks nice.
And the secret doorway???? trapdoor??? Candle/book triggers???
Spiral Stairwell to upper room/other dimension??? Ladder for and incl. super tall bookcases???

LOL There is a door to the Mad Lab in the room but no secret staircases etc no :)
