And now, for the penultimate pull (#6)....

    3005 - The Gunslinger for Stephanie 3
    2423 - Pocket Filler
2871 - Getting Started for Luke and Laura
    98 - Cinco de Lime-O

Hmm, more moldy oldies. (And why do I have this sudden yen for tequila shots?)

Now for the sixty-four-dollar question: do I have a go at Number Seven?

    Also used:
    Donna Hair (Stephanie)
Raisa (Steph's texture - I have no idea where this came from! ShareCG, I think, but don't quote me.)
    Bar Interior
    David 3 (Bartender)
    Jamie Hair by AprilYSH (David)
    Lorenzo and Loretta Lorez
Margarita glass from the 3-D Studio
    Diner Tableware
Young Teens Luke and Laura (for reasons that should be obvious!)
    Sassy Hair 2 (Laura)
Zac Hair (Luke - and it took some serious tweaking to get it to fit!)
    Kurtis Outfit (Luke)
    Keychains
Happy Camper Essentials (my 'go-to' place for beer!)

Title: David the Bartender's Unofficial Policy: The Designated Driver Doesn't Need To Be Licensed; He Just Needs To Be Sober
Stephanie didn't know it, but her nephew Luke was an accomplished pick-pocket. With a very strong survival instinct.

Stephanie: "I know I put my car keys in my pocket when we came in...!"
Luke: "Man! Three Chambord Margaritas and Aunt Steph is totally pounded!"
Laura: "Don't forget the four tequila shots. Um, you do know how to drive, don't you?"

    Title: Driving School Dropout
Mike made several driving blunders the day he totaled his car:
    1) He pulled out around the slow moving truck full of furniture in an intersection.
    2) He didn't look to see if the coast was clear before pulling into the other lane.
    3) He got distracted by the fancy grandfather clock and didn't see the oncoming 18 wheeler.

lol, you should have given him pink hair for a beauty school dropout from his day before... can't help it, immediately thought of 'grease'
Oh, that would have been hilarious! It never crossed my mind. I haven't seen Grease for years and years...

Lots more to see since I last passed by...

@barbult #3 "Birthday Party Photobomb" - that's great! Really catches the childish spirit.
#4 "The Mirage" - oh, that's funny - I love the head-in-hands pose and the little details like the discarded water bottle.
#5 "Driving School Dropout" - lovely render and great back story.
@emsim #1 "What Happened to My White Knight" - I guess he got eaten?! Nice spin on a fairytale theme.
@Shades of Knight #1 "Who're you calling yellow?" - he's certainly up for a fight! Welcome (a little belatedly from me) to RRRR.
@Thoreandan #2 "NONE...SHALL...PASS!" - Wonderfully whacky! I love that jewellery on the mammoth.
@Sasje #4 "Want some chocolate?" - looks like he needs something. Nice lighting too.
    @diomede64 #7 "Freestyle Snow-Race" - neat idea. And congrats on completing #7
@Ken OBanion #6 "David the Bartender..." - nice idea and lovely render too - but I'm not sure that situation's going to work out well.

And if you think there's time for another then I'll take a chance too - Pull #4:
    63 = Kay's Leathers
    1003 = Stolz for M4 and Genesis M5
    920 = Curator Aquarum
    2012 = Resort Lagoon

I can see I've missed out on a whole lot of fun again this month. I wanted to stop by and catch up with everything, especially with all the new talent joining in... but 15 pages is going to take some time so I hope you'll excuse me if I just go back over some of the latest.

    --------

Melanie L - Come Along, Kitty: A fun concept and you made beautiful use of the shaders and that cheetah. I love the colour coordinating you've done with the yellows and olive green.

Ken - David the Bartender’s Unofficial Policy: Great slice of life with your usual humorous twist. I'm always drawn in by the details you add... it's like finding an Easter egg in a game.... this time it's the guy in the business suit with his head in his hands way at the back.

Diomede64 - Pull 7: Classic RRRR surrealism, there are times I'd rather have gone down a piste on crutches than wildly sliding all over the place so I think she's the smart one too. Those funny poses are hilarious.

barbult - Driving School Dropout - Mike's not having a good time of it, I hope the 18 wheeler has good brakes! Render looks fantastic, and the classic furniture on the back of the pick-up was an inspired touch.

Sasje - Want some chocolate ? Oh you naughty thing, you know how to distract a champ with those choccie bunnies. Cute and quirky.

barbult - The Mirage: Laugh out loud funny, say no more. Love all the details.

Thoreandan - NONE…SHALL…PASS! Clever concept that really pulls your 4 items together, creating an atmospheric temple scene that could be from a storybook. I like the way the mammoth has become the temple guardian.

Shades of Knight - Who are You Calling Yellow? Imaginative storytelling, you've got me wanting to know more about this character and how he came to be facing Gianni outside the window. Nice work on the composition too.

emsim - What Happened to My White Knight? Poor Amelia does look shocked, I just hope the dragon ate before he visited. Funny portrayal of a drunken wish gone wrong!

barbult - Birthday Party Photobomb: The horrors! Totally convincing scene, I'm going to grab a slice of cake and run!

Luci - Miss Kitty’s at the Mall: So much to see if all of your renders, and it's fun just to spot the details and see how you skilfully blended all those items in that list into one set that looks like it was made that way. In fact, I was doing just that when I spotted Ken lurking in the doorway. :)

Hi again all. Some more great renders added to the competition. Great work all.

Thoreandan#2: I really like the drama the lighting creates.
Barbult #4: Great job with the sand and use of your objects, particularly the tikis.
Sasje #4: Very nice composition and textures.
Barbult #5: Nice Photorealism. Is the scene a backdrop with figures over it? If so, excellent work in blending the 3D with the image.
Diomede #7: Intriguing use of your draw. I really like how it's not what one would think to see from those items.
    Obanion#6: Interesting concept and lighting.
MelanieL#3: Very nice work. I like the color blending most. Very pleasing visually.

    Here's my second pull.

    Congrats, MorganRLewis!

It was the tiny demon that convinced me.
I'll PM you with the serial number and download links for your software! I'm glad it's found a happy home!

And kudos to kaz42! The skeletons were delightfully posed! :)
Thank you very much, Karibou. And cheers to kaz42 also; I liked your image as well.

I'm hoping to use this to make some of my freebie objects available to Poser users as well as DazStudio users. While theoretically I could always have put them in CR2 or PP2 format without Poser, this way I'll be able to see for myself how they come in, and make adjustments as needed.

And now for a week's worth of comment catch-up...

@Morgan R. Lewis #3 "Early Access" - well kit-bashed. The water look really inviting too..

Thanks. I have my own refraction shaders on it, while using the original bump/displacement that it came with. Seems to have worked out.

MelanieL#2: (Which Of You Ladies Wants to Come Out to Play Today?) Isn't that just how it feels sometimes? Sometimes these characters take on a life of their own, and just demand to come out.

MelanieL#3: (Come Along, Kitty) I like the incredulous look on his face.

obanion#05: (What Was Really Behind the Green Door) Doors to another world are always a great visual stunt. This one works particularly well.

obanion#06: (Designated Driver) Fun image, and a good use of the pull items. Didn't occur to me until now how well the Gunslinger outfit works for modern day, too, though it shouldn't have surprised me.

luci45#7: (Miss Kitty’s at the Mall) Now there's a novel way to incorporate the saloon! Might get more foot traffic than other establishments.

barbult #3 (Birthday Party Photobomb) Fun one. The expressions are great, and I love the way the rabbit just barely pokes out of the sack. It's a good subtle usage of the pull item.

barbult #4 (The Mirage) And thus we get a good demonstration that sometimes the difference between tragedy and comedy is a funny description. :) Terrific arrangement in this picture.

barbult #5 (Driving School Dropout) Oh no... terrible thing to do to a car like that...

barbult #6 (Beauty and Breakfast...) Very natural-feeling image. I love the clutter on the desk, and the way the one is sitting on top of the filing cabinet.

emsim #1 (What Happened to My White Knight?): A cowboy dragon? I love it. It may not be what she bargained for, but she might get something more interesting....

Shades of Knight #1 (Who’re you calling yellow?): Intriguing image; interesting use of perspective here. Welcome to the RRRR!

Shades of Knight #2 (Stop! Poppy time.): The poses on this one came out pretty well. The interrupted motion is readily apparent.

Shades of Knight #3 (The Truth: Mulder Was Right): Doesn't look like she's very comfortable flying the ship, does it? Nice image.

Thoreandan#2 (NONE... SHALL.... PASS!) I believe him. Ain't no way I'm challenging an elephant with a hatchet. I like the lighting on this one as well.

Sasje#4 (Want some chocolate?) Interesting setup... punching bags and candy, that's got to be an unusual training regimen.

Diomede #7: Heh. Between the crashes and the inadequate clothing, there's bound to be call for some medics there. Hypothermia in 3...2...1...

KaribousBoutique #2 (Angry Birds): Despite any difficulties the LB draws may be giving you, this came out really well. It tells a clear story on its own, and the composition is really strong as well.

KaribousBoutique #3 (The Breakfast Nook): Well, really, any dungeon could use a little something to make it feel more homey, right? I mean, just because you're torturing the upstart rebels doesn't mean you shouldn't be comfortable yourself. This came together pretty well; not often you see a contrast in moods like that in the same picture, just from the scenery.

...And in regards to your fourth pull, I'm just going to quote Leslie Nielsen and say "Good luck. We're all counting on you."

    Agnes was livid:
"What have you done to the Bora-Bora, George? I go ashore for one afternoon and look what happens! Whatever made you think that adding that peculiar stonework would be appropriate?"
    George looked a little shame-faced.
