    Did you reply while I deleted my post ? Sorry, I missed the $30+ first but then checked again and I did read correct and I did spend $30+ :-/

    Screenshot is from mail advertisement 08/26/14 and I purchased Bio Squad Expansion Pack that day, but did not find or hear of the $5 coupon that was promised yet..? I did one order yesterday, but no automatic coupon applied also. Someone knows what's going on or where to find ?

    Or does that one only apply automatically when you have $30+ of OLD Pa items in your cart ? I had a mix of new and old ones to meet the $30, and usually this works and it should have substracted from the old one if that is more than $5 worth. But with DAZ sales you never know. -.-

    Edit: Tried adding $30 of OLD PA items to cart and nothing happened too, so that's not the reason.

    Can only talk for the first one, not two ;)

    I deleted 1st post (later repeated as second post) when I thought I misread the coupon banner on email (considering the $30), but then I checked my purchases again and everything is fine - my purchase should qualify. And if it's not me alone, the coupon is probably M.I.A. or they forgot about it (there were some more coupons offered, I think, like a $10 one).

    DAZ please ?

    I bought a new release on August 30 (in order #101927650). I don't have the coupon yet, either.

    There were a couple of catches in the ad. 1 - you had to buy a new item, 2- you had to spend over $30, and the kicker was #3 - the $30 EXCLUDED the price of any new items.

    Well, I have the coupon according the the site message in my account, but no code and no automatic deduction. I will ask about this.

    I read the ad to imply that if I purchased the qualifying new release, I would receive a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $30 or more from the featured PA store.

    Although I purchased both 'Face Scar Decals' and 'Premium Sitting Poses', so far NO Coupon (not even a site message) and NO $5 off if I put an old $30 featured PA item in my cart. Grrr!!!

    oh. i thought i just had to buy an under the summer banner new item. (bought the scars) gotcha again. :roll:

    i thought the extra caveats were for the 10$ discount at the time, didn't realize waz also qualifiers for the coupie.

    Personally, after my experience with Daz ... I think they just forgot and Richard will remind them of it ...

    I have not seen the $5 voucher either and I can see that it is also the case for other people...

    I bought a new item on Aug 30 and submitted a customer service ticket on Sept 1 about the issue. So far, all they have said is that it should have been an automatic site message containing the coupon code at the top of the screen when I log in. I let them know it wasn't there but they haven't had time to reply yet. Maybe later today...

    I'll check into why some people are not seeing the on-site message. There was an on-site message that should have shown to all customers with the qualifying purchases. The message should be displayed through the end of September 8th. The included coupon code was FEST-5. I'll see if I can get the on-site turned back on. If you have a qualifying purchase from last month, and the code does not work for you, please contact support and we'll work it out.

    Found a segmented that did not get included in the on-site message. It should be showing now. By way of an apology we have increased the amount of the coupon... It will now save you $6 instead of $5.

    Does this mean the coupon is only valid through Sept 8? I already missed the ability to use it on at least one order because I didn't have the coupon at the time.

    Edited to add: Thanks for the fix and the extra $. I can see the message now and it says the coupon does expire on 8 Sept. So question answered.

    Thank you I'm seeing it now. It still shows $5 which is okay, but it would be nice if you could extend for 2 days that we lost - I already did a $30 purchase yesterday and don't know if I find enough old items each day for another $30 purchase to use coupon on.

    Edit: Test shows it works as $6 coupon on old/new mixed $30 orders as well, should be no problem to find something in time then. Thank you.

    I was just going to ask about the FEST-5 coupon, as it doesn't seem to be working for me either, and I also get the pa-festival-2014 link in the popup that gives you the FEST-5 coupon code. Someone needs to fix that as well. (See Screenshot Below)

    Now, my question is, since that site banner about the code does NOT specifically say there are any restrictions, what are the restrictions? What is the minimum purchase amount needed? If there is indeed a need for $30 minimum purchase, that site banner in the store needs to say that as well.

    I have 2 punchable items in my cart, but it keeps telling me the FEST-5 coupon is invalid.

    It should work on punchable items if your cart total after initial discounts is over $30. I tried it on 3 new punchable items with a total over $30 and it worked for me.

    Also works on older discounted items in the featured artist's stores.
