Reward PUNCH Counter not working

Hi,
I only got 10s coupon and only 1 punch moved to this week... that's not how it shall be... is there any other people not getting the full amount of rewards?

I should have had two punches and a 20% off coupon for DO's, but I am only getting 10% and one punch..
Typical DAZ fubar....
Can a Forum Mod please bring this to Daz's attention.

This PA Sale 2014 is a mess.
I hate it if things are promised and then you don't get 'em (or at least only after spending extra time to write forum entries or raise tickets).
I'm almost at the point again where I stop buying at DAZ for a while. Seems that nothing will change until it does not hit their sales volume.
Today I got only one roll over punch although the 15 punches have been reached last week.
Yesterday (Sunday) the "+30% OFF new items & artist stores" did not apply to the "Arena Ruins Bundle" and today the +30 OFF are gone.
Last week the +10% and +20% OFF did not apply after the respective number of punches were reached.
And that's only a few of the daily annoyances.
Unless the roll over punches would be given after each Punch milestone (which would be strange...) I only see one punch when I should have more.
No problem for my coupon though...
Yesterday's catch up was a bit pointless, most of the discounts stacking over 50% were simply not summing up correctly... so no real chances to use the 30% punch stacked discount. It only worked in a few products. I was ready to make a large purchase.. but unfortunately ill have to figure out a better way to spend the money ;-P but I am not so mad yet, lets see how long it takes to get the right coupon...
I had five punches as of Sunday and do show the 1 punch rollover, but the $10 DO Coupon is MIA. I don't see the coupon on my punch meter page. Is that where the code should be displayed as in previous punch-style promotions?
I've notified the team, so hopefully it will be straightened out once they are in this morning :)
It's most likely shown as a blue bar in the top of the window if you are in the store.
You can also find it in "My Account"-->"Messages"--> "Exclusive Offers"
But I would wait with redeeming it until they have fixed the Schlamassel.

No coupon for me to be seen, not in my account or the store.
I do still have the 5$ off showing for me although it's not valid anymore and already used it.
My coupon is correct but my rollover is not. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
I have the same problem as Estroyer no coupon and the 10% discount that is suppose to be automatic is not being applied to my Cart :down: but I do have the one punch from last week. :-)

What do you mean? It didn't apply at all? Everyone I know used it all week long. Just in case there's confusion- you do know the extra 10 and 20% applies on the price after the original discount (say 50% originally off if you are PC+) and it is NOT say 60% and 70% off the original price? You have the 50% off, then take 10% off THAT price (or 20%, 30%) So are you saying it didn't give you anything at all past the original discount, or are you just computing it wrong? (These things can be confusing.)
I think the extra % discount also resets on monday, just like the punches

I thought it was really nice of them to put all stores back on sale Sunday so we could use the %'s that we had earned. I haven't seen too many "Kudos" about that, and it was a nice thing to do.
The store should be fixed shortly. I'm also showing only one punch rolled over and should have two, but at least DAZ has been told and will fix it. I'm ready to shop but not buying anything until this is straightened out. (LOVE that render sphere, if you all haven't watched the YouTube video linked on that product page, check it out. Looks like fun!)
Are you folks actually seeing your DO money posted? I went to My Account and checked the messages, nothing there. No popups either. I had 10 punches so should have $20 but I'm not seeing anything. I also went to the New Releases page, nothing.

Nope, first extra discount I got was 30% off a day or so after reaching the 15 punches.
First I thought the extra discount is for Week 2 but that was a wrong assumption :-(
Novica, some of the products did not add any discount at all, it is not just about how to count it, they simply did not discount. The price which was displayed in the page did not change when adding to the basket, it happened to me with a couple of random products from Swam, fwart, and some others which I don't remember. Otherwise most of them worked correctly. I am sure that if the catch up day would had been a bit longer the support team would had it shorted out, but well... Not a big deal.
I just hope that the coupon comes fast.

I think it is a big deal if you guys didn't get what you were supposed to. Just think of how much that added up that DAZ didn't honor, if there's two of you posting about it and probably hundreds of other people that it happened to. They need to give you a store credit and check ALL sales that went through- it's their fault they continue to use glitchy software. Daz tries to do the right thing IMO and it's unfortunate this would be a major undertaking to check, but I think they owe it to their customers to fix the overcharges.

Well, I wouldn't mind so much about this, DAZ responds well to protests and they do fix things. If someone is not happy I am sure that writing a support ticket would get some nice response. Sometimes the fix could come a bit late and loose a bit the timing with the sale but generally they do well. As long as they are reading about the issues and fix them, then no problem.
Speaking about reading about problems- ahem, a few people have confirmed to me that they have a banner with their DO rewards, and I have ziltch, nada, zero showing up. No popup banner, no messages in My Account, nothing. So hopefully they don't think everything is fixed!
I just love these sales (all sarcasm intended). I'm beginning to wonder if the people who come up with these promos are out to drive the people who actually have to try and make them work (and work correctly) crazy. It's been years since DAZ has run a promo where there hasn't been chaos and confusion. Usually beginning after hours on Friday and continuing on until those who have to sort it out get in on Monday.
Things are still being looked at - however people should now be seeing the correct punches at least.
As a goodwill gesture and way of an apology for the inconvenience, people with either 10 or 15 punches should see an extra punch.
