    Teatime!

Re-working and repurposing components frrom some of my illustrations. Shaders used are AliBea's Porcelain shaders for 3DL.

I did go at things with the geometry editor to give everything trims in the same general places.

Raw render. No postwork for a change.

    Good one!

  • Nicely done JOdel, A home library and some snacks is my kind of room. If it were my room I would add a glass domed roof, telescope and Laura Croft.

I glitched the placement of one set of books. But like I said, I was repurposing things and it was late.

I'm bad at titles but I did this. Done in daz with a little postwork in GIMP to add the steam and fix some hairline wonkiness.

    Some great entries so far!

    ...wow that looks really good.

  • Very well done Sven Dullah, Have you ever wonder through an art gallery and wondered how often the modern art started as something else. Then the artist said oops and someone else shouted modern art.

OMG such wonderful art everyone... My Daz forums is messed up... I can't see anyone's chat to comment.  I'm hoping it will get fixed soon so I can write something about each and every one of the wonderful artworks.  In the mean time.. Here is mine...

    Very nice!

I think there was something wrong for a while.  I got the same thing.  If you were to click and drag the mouse over the text area, you'd have seen the text was white, but it would turn blue so you could read it.  At first, I thought there was something wrong with my computer.  Or should I say something else wrong with my computer?  But it seems fixed now.

    Titled: A Beautiful Butterfly

Dolly was bringing home the vase of flowers she had just bought from the flower shop in town. This beautiful butterfly flew into her flowers and she just had to touch the butterfly just once. So she put down the vase of flowers and let the butterfly land in the palm of her hands. Once she felt it land in her hands she was so happy but soon it grew tired of being in her hands and she let it go fly away!

Did a render of the character I "cast" as my D&D character, as if she was an actor ("Blaire Chase") playing the role, and this was the photo used for an interview in an industry magazine.

<--waves to LynnInDenver ... Welcome to our Monthly Texture Challenge!!!  Glad you were able to create some art for us.  Love the ceramic brick... What shader did you use?  I like the look of it.  :)   I had to look up Blair Chase... Your character looks just like her!  Well done.. and thanks for sharing.
