Store listed for discounts, but no discounts

I've seen this a couple of times already, today it is Sickleyield and Slosh that have the problem. The store is listed in the PA sale, but the items are not discounted. They go into the cart at 100% and I am talking older items, not new releases.

Come on guys, work with us here. If you take the time to put something on sale, make sure it is on sale.

    Thanks chohole, this appears to be an ongoing problem. I noticed it happening last week also. Sort of leaves you scratching your head, whoever makes the changes to the sale items really ought to be checking to see if they worked. I'm assuming they set it up to make the changes automatically at a certain time, Perhaps it might be wise to have someone on the clock at the time to make sure it happened. *shrug*

    I also noticed it.
    Is it also normal that Daz originals don't give you extra discount?
    I wanted to buy "Aiko 3.0 Professional bundle" for a bit more support for some nice old figures. Yesterday just a few moments before they gave direct 50% off, it did have 51% off, (like it is supposed to. 0.7x0.7=0.49 = 51%). After the change the standard extra 30% didn't kick in, so I ended up not buying yesterday and just waited till today in the hope it would change back to normal (had more than 3 items I wanted so I would get that 50% anyway). Now it is just 30% in total discount. The extra 10% from the first milestone doesn't even kick in (although it seems it does with FM Jeans for Genesis).

    Hmmm, looks like this has happened again today. 3D Universe, Cake One, Raiya, mighty_mestophales, and Midnight Stories aren't showing discounts.

    And we have reported this. With luck it will be fixed in a few hours (it's currently 7AM in DAZland) though we can't promise that.

    According to the the PA 2014 sales page 3D Universe, Mighty Mephistopheles, and other PAs are supposed to be on sale today but they are not.

    It's going on 2pm and 3D Universe still isn't on sale. Haven't checked the others.

    Yes, I had my eye on one of 3DU's older products but, alas, only a handful of 3DU's products are showing as on sale.

    I know this has to be frustrating to the vendors as well. It's got to be costing some sales because it's 5:30pm (Central time) and still not fixed. I do have to say I really appreciate all the participating stores- thank you PA's! :)

    I really do not understand why DAZ doesn't check the store when sales activate each night. It really doesn't make sense.

    Broken sales happen A LOT. It takes a minimal amount of effort to avoid hours of frustration for us customers. It's now over fifteen hours since today's sale activated, and the store is still broken.

    It's almost 7PM DAZ time and still not fixed. Grrr!!!
    Oh well, at least I'll save a little money by not buying.

    it is nine pm and it is not fixed, so I am going to bed and hope it is fixed tomorrow.

    Sadly, if it doesn't get fixed until tomorrow, other items I want to get at the same time to qualify for the full 50% discount may not be on sale.
    I have to work tomorrow so I need to go to bed soon also. Guess I'll just miss out and keep my money.

    I don't know when it got fixed exactly, but it's 10:40p (Central Time) and it seems to be working now with the few stores I checked (that weren't working previously.)

    Hi. Longtime lurker and Platinum Club member here. I can't see any of the sales items on my end- it's 2:11 AM Eastern here.

    They are showing up for me- did you get logged out? Sometimes when you're logged in, you get taken out. Or try clearing your cache, or refreshing the page. (Clearing the cache is best.)

    I was going to pick up the Lilith HD and use my 10.00 voucher but it is no longer in my messages. Banner says use my voucher . Where did it go? Also the artist stores are not showing the discount.

    This week Daz has given me a headache. A lot of things going wrong. I have been spending a lot of money on products and I should be having fun creating something. Instead I find myself tying to figure why a product don't work or where is my voucher.

    I can't see mine either.

    I am so fed up with sale, this is the second time a coupon/voucher has been removed before the expiry date.

    You would have thought that after last weekend mess someone would keep check that all is going as it should.

    To be honest I really feel cheated and conned right now.

    My 10.00 voucher is gone too and I was waiting till today to use it ! Isn't it supposed to be good till the end of the day and new vouchers issued tomorrow? No wonder why so many are going to other sights to shop, their sales work the way they are supposed to. Geez Daz what's up with yours? Feel sympathy for the PA's who are trying to sell their products here :(


    Edit to add: and yes the store is also only giving me 30% off and I am just short of 15 punches by 3...I am still PC so 3 items should give me 50% off plus 20% for punches earned. Get up and get fixin Daz your PA's are losing money!!!

    Yes - my voucher disappeared from the banner and the exclusives mailbox too. Glad I wrote it down - it still works (hopefully for the rest of the day). However the weekly percent off for NEW items is not working. I am trying to buy Lee 6 (new item still) which is for sale at 51% off. I add it to the cart and it remains at 51% -- the weekly punch level discount (for me it's at +30%) should now apply to the purchase - but it doesn't. I checked Lilith HD too and see the same - the punch level discount is not adding.

    I understand DAZ has a lot of products to manage but this issue with vouchers, discounts and frustrated buyers having to wait several weeks for a customer service response when you continually have these sales failures really should be addressed. To me (and from the forums posts many others) it seems that DAZ is making these sales to confusing and even the DAZ team can't handle the work involved. The leadership at DAZ need to give us and your team a break - make the sales easier until you can learn to manage them properly.

    I had three of the new items in my cart, and they were showing the 50% discount, but now they're only showjng the 30% discount. Shouldn't the 50% still apply?

    Just to let you guys know... the catch-up today is only supposed to be for back catalog, which is 50% - all the new releases are back to 30%. The new items from yesterday are still 50% off... because this is their second day.

    Thanks for clarifying that for folks who didn't know :)
    However, stores are broken for the additional discounts. Predatron's trees for example, are 50% (still featured as a second day item) and does not apply my additional discount. Checked a few of the other stores in "Yesterdays" and they don't work either. It's now 12:10pm.
