Well, I got both emails. I clicked on the hair link today, and it worked. I entered the coupon after adding another item to the cart, and it all seemed to work. The numbers look a little strange though. I put two items in my cart that were $14.95 each. The hair was discounted to $0. The other item was Lady of the Moon which is shown as 30% off, making it $10.47. If the coupon was applied correctly, which it seemed to be, the $5.00 off orders of $10.00 or more, then my total should have been $5.47. My total was $7.97. It's as though the coupon got me 50% off Lady of the Moon, not $5.00 off. Confusion IS Daz's most important product...

You should submit a Customer Service ticket. Seems like the $5 off was applied before the freebie discount, meaning that part of the $5 went towards reducing the price of the hair, which was then reduced again to $0.

Yes, I guess I need to open a ticket. That still doesn't explain the amount I was charged. If the coupon was lost in the hair, then my total should have been $10.47 for Lady of the Moon. This what my order shows:
    Subtotal $29.90 // Correct, $14.95 x 2
Discount $21.93 // That does not compute!
    Grand Total $7.97

-- Yes, it almost looks like the $5.00 was split in two. The difference between what I was charged and what (I think) I should have been charged is $2.50.
