DIM still not working for me on Win 11. Not amused! >8((
Just tried another browser. Attempted to log into site. Told me log-in failed, but when I cam to the forum, it signed me in and the number of items in my cart also became visible. Something messed up here.

So customer service gave me a temporary password and that doesn't work either for DIM or the store. As soon as they gave me the temporary password, I was disconnected from the store. I wonder how long before I am dumped off the forum and zendesk.
To log into the store; navigate to forum and log in there. You'll get a bad password error, but you will still log in to the forum server. Then you can navigate to the store, bypassing the log in.
Doesn't work for DIM though.
I am still logged in to the forum, I guess with my original passwrod. I'm scared to log out and try the temporary password, because if that doesn't work, I'll be completely cutoff.
Update - hey, I can get to the store from this active forum session, without loging our and back in. Thanks Jason. I wonder if I could actuall buy anything.
I can't log into DIM. I'm using Win 10
My temporary password just now worked in DIM. Maybe it just took some time to become active or maybe things are still intermittent.
I would change that password once things calm down.
I can log into DIM now. Haven't tried logging in and out of the store though.
I could connect without a problem yestoday, i'm having the same issue, reset the password several times but still cannot sign in

The issue should also be fixed, though there may be a further fix coming.

I can log into the store now with the temporary password. Yes, I'll change it, but not right now. I don't want to mess with temporary success! I'll wait until things settle down, as you commented.
I was able to buy something even with the login issues.
The site has been weird and slow all day.
Customer service says the problem is fixed now.
Yes, it is working now (though I was told there might be a further minor update to come). Please do check to see if there are existing threads on a topic before posting, you might have received the "it's fixed" alot sooner if you had used one of the threads already started.
