For what it's worth, based on my experience one purchase will get you back up to "full power" the next day. The punches are misleading and don't exist, it's purely "You get this discount if you didn't purchase anything yesterday, and you get this other discount of you did purchase something over $2".
Still appreciated, though, and pretty generous if you are interested in the eligible items.

Well of course the discounts are appreciated, just our ideas of "gifts" aren't exactly the same. Picture if you will, over in Dazland, having to buy your presents in order to get price discounts. Would be worthy of a skit or two.
Hmm, not sure if this was reportedd but I'm only getting 3 bundles at $5, not 4, when I buy today's mega bundle.
Shouldn't the deals be changed to "If you buy or OWN Minerva 9...' People who purchased yesterday miss out on today"s deals.
I'm not sure they can do that and keep the limit on how many products you can buy with the deal.
Beside the "Holiday Surprise" and "Bundles of Holiday Joy" deals were already available yesterday, so people who purchased yesterday could use them then.
edit: I just saw that the product selection is different today. So I understand why people could be disappointed...
I agree. Again, should've waited before buying and would've had more products to choose from for the discounts today.
Well gotta say I'm a liitle peeved. Had the orange banner for extra off Minerva and Gen9 Starter Essentials yesterday and thought it was a good enough deal even though I had lost the 35% off since I worked extra the two days before and didn't get time to reup by buying a $2 item. I see the banner is still active (usually they seem to only last a day) and now there is 15% off gift cards. With those two discounts my cart yesterday would have been $45 dollars cheaper with both of those. $25 cheaper with just the 35% discount instead of the 10%. Does Daz still price adjust if you contact customer support like they used to?
Also I agree that today's sale should include those that have already purchased the Minerva bundles, at least for the 20% new releases and extra 60% off Amazing Daz+ items. The $5 bundles would be nice but can see why excluding them would be a thing.
But it's not too surprising after Josie 9 - in that case, Daz offered a large discount on whole carts while the Josie offers were still active, meaning those who bought on release paid quite a bit more than if they'd waited.
I actually bought Minerva today, but it still makes for a bad taste seeing other people get screwed over (and having been on the bad side of the Josie situation, I know how it feels).
Ditto. I bought a full cart yesterday since the sale was "Today Only" but everything's back today (also as "Today Only") with better selection and even sweeter deals. Normally I take it in stride, but the trend lately is that late adopters get rewarded for their patience / early adopters miss deals. If Daz is trying to move a quota of product before a deadline, it makes sense for the marketing team to add additional hooks and extend existing sales - but it's conditioning me to show more restraint. :)
Some of the best deals today are the $5 pro bundles. If you're looking for a couple of those and you already own Minerva 9, you can always rebuy one of the other Minerva bundles to take advantage of the discount. (Might be worth it for some of the priciest Pro bundles.)

The "punch card" phrasing makes the sale seem more complicated than it really is.
If you bought at least $2 yesterday, you get your max discount (which varies from person to person) today.
If you didn't buy at least $2 yesterday, you get 10% off today.
That's all there is to it.
Anybody know why the DAZ+ Holiday Surprise lot aren't ALL discounting based on punch card? Some do, some don't. Most of the items that are $X.99 do not, while the items with non-.99 price points seem to do so. Inconsistent, since they're ALL listed under this category...
The Hoiday Surprise category doesn't have the little ticket symbol next to it, so they're not supposed to be discounting. Some of the items in it are repeated in the 60% off category, though, so maybe that's why they are getting discounts.
And that makes perfect sense. I didn't even realize the ticket icons were there. Thanks so much for the clarification!

Yeah, it seems massively, incredibly bizarre that for % off the new releases, they wouldn't have it be 'buy or own'. (or just 'buy two xx' would work too)
The 'Hide what I own' button isn't working for me at all, are others experiencing the same? Am on an iPad right now, will try later with a Windows laptop as well.

Thank you Daz, for providing a negative incentive for me to keep shopping. If you had just been normal and had the punch card keep working, I might have been inclined to shop more. But now I'm just angry at your greed so I'll pass.

The Bonus Daz+ Holiday Savings doesn't seem to work properly. Had a new item in my cart and numerous Bonus Daz+ Holiday Savings items (10+). Only the first two items get the extra 50% and the 35% for punchcard off and anything else only gets the punch card. The ad copy read 2+ gets 50% off not upto to 2 items. Screenshot of cart with three Bonus Daz+ Holiday Savings items. First two properly get discount third should be $.65. Had more in cart but removed them as deal didn't function.
Punch card NOT working right. I bought something on each of the last three days and still my punch card ist just 10%.
To say that I am a bit miffed about DAZ ales is an understatement.
And was yesterday's purchase over $2 and not a Gift Card (or not only a gift Card)? If so please open a support ticket. For what it is worth mine is correct today.
It was no gift card, and it was more than $2. I will not open a ticket, for the moment I decided that's not worth the hassle, other stores have nice things as well, and there I don't have to frantically try to decipher sales conditions.
