It looks like the Filter Forge textures "Grilled Salmon" (#15671) https://www.filterforge.com/filters/15671.html or "Grilled Steak" (#13075) https://www.filterforge.com/filters/13075.html ...?
"Probably fish" seems about right... I'm sure the seagull feet and beak to marine creature ratio probably leans more towards the sea based organism side... and some kind of fish probably ends up in the Filet-O-"Fish" vat... so technically its "Fish"... if imitation crabmeat can be used in "Crab salad" and that's just mostly potato starch and fish protein with crab juice... then "Filet-O-Fish" works.
And fries come with the pack too
One thing that's always bugged me, even with Exnem Burgers are the condiments used. It's like I guess some folks love to pour half a bottle on their burger. YUK! LOL
Some folks really do!
More or less, here you generally can read "Against nature there's only pineapple on pizza" on gay-pride support banners.
But I have to admit there can be worse; like ketchup on spaghetti.
*edited because I used italian wording instead of "pineapple"
Come on... Spaghetti is the one place, where ketchup belongs, lots of it
spaghetti with Vegemite
Marmite for our friends in the UK
Pineapple is great on pizza. Just sayin'.
Marmite and Vegemite aren't the same. Marmite is beef based (I'm a Hater) and Vegemite, isn't - I'd a penpal in Australia send me some. Can't say I love it either.
...actually Tomatoes are classified as a fruit. However onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, pepperocini, artichoke hearts, spinach, roasted garlic, broccoli, etc. would qualify
....for myself pineapple and pepperoni means time to chug a bottle of Tums afterwards.
Marmite is yeast based, I think you're remembering Bovril which is most certainly beef based. I love the latter on sandwiches, while my daughter loves Marmite. We tried Vegemite in Oz, and it is similar to Marmite but not quite the same, having a greenish tinge and a slightly different taste. We also learnt that Vegemite was once (a long, long time ago, talking 1930's or earlier) called 'Pa-will' as the conclusion to a very, very bad advertising slogan. The slogan was "While MA-MIGHT, PA-WILL". Yeah, as I said, it's bad and it was renamed Vegemite after a while.
Regards, Richard
I had a hamburger with the lot the other day and couldn't eat it all... was too filling!
Thick meat patty, beetroot, lettuce, onion, tomato, bacon, cheese, fried egg, pineapple on a sesame seed hamburger bun with tomato sauce.... maybe the sushi I had before it overdid it for me.
Burgers with chili meat sauce are very popular where I am. We call them Fat Boys. Pineapple on pizza is popular here as well.
Hah! I worked for 35 odd years in a parasitology lab and your comment reminded me of two things. The first was I briefly was revolted by fish and meat for a month after I started so was eatng vegetarian meals for about a month. I had made a big bunch of pesto genovase and mentioned it to my boss. He asked it the parasites were creeping me out and laughed. One of the organisms we studied was entamoeba histolytica and amoeba are everywhere including pretty much every piece of produce which is also covered with bacteria viruses and the submicroscopic cousins of insects. I returned to eating fish and meat after I remembered that. The second event involved a later boss who specialized in fish parastes. There was a combo restaurant/fish market by the university abd blocks from where she lived. We could see the Pacific Ocean from a tall building so markets often had very fresh catch. She arrived at the lab one morning very excited. She had gone in to see what was fresh that day in the market and saw a lovely salmon filet with a bright coral white hair-like thread coiling on its surface (anasakis). She bought in on the spot, raced to the lab to culture the worm and then put the filet in the lunch refrigerator to have for dinner that night. Granted, I know people who grew up on farms and easily understood that certain "pets" were going to be eaten sooner or later.
But it's the Italians who invented such terrible things as 'Pizza & Pasta'. Besides, just the other day an Italian gourmet pope from Parma declared that he would definitely try pizza with pineapple.
American pizza is about as authentically Italian as Taco Bell is Mexican.
Or chop suey is Chinese.
I just thought that concept of raw fish in a burger that might be inspired by burgers made by Bob's Burgers - he had some unusal ideas for burger combinations
Or Chicken Tikka Masala is authentic Indian/Pakistan cuisine (having been invented in Glasgow).
And rightfully so!
