    I finally got my hands on Poser 13, so I took the opportunity to dust off my Christopher Reeve WIP for Genesis 9 and do some more tweaking.  I'm not sure, but he might be just about ready for release.  What do you think?

    According to the promo images on DeviantArt, it says she's an original character.

    Also on the product page at the Hub, it says it's an original character with "the concept of cute face with super sexy body".

    In the last promo, he looks like Archie Renaux from the Shadow and Bone series.

     

    Just a little like Ezra in the Roman promo images, not enough to be classed as a likeness but there's something there. Maybe in the cheeks and eyes?

    Based on screenshots, HID Ginger is Halle Berry.

    Ginger was also the orange bikini in Die Another Day.

    The bikini had a name? (The character was Jinx)

    She has played 2 characters named Ginger (in Swordfish and Kingsman, I believe). 

    Defo looks like her.

    The face is not exactly the same, but there's enough resemblance (to my eye) that I wouldn't rule it out. And the freckles across nose and eyes, while they don't show up in most pictures that I've seen of the actress, are a very definite feature of her character Maxine in the film "X" (and, I assume, in the sequel "MaXXXine").

    Not quite as bodacious as the original, but the body is probably closer to ideal than any I've been able to find for G9 that would also have JCMs to help it.

    It's funny to me how many people are referencing Halle Berry's Kingsman and Bond characters, and not the multiple Storm-inspired promos.

    Yes, HID 'Ginger' seems to be Halle Berry. Height is a match + she played a Ginger Knowles in "Swordfish". Several promos referencing her most recognizable roles, including X-Men's Storm and in James Bond.

    I must say, the promo shots kinda gave it away for me, personally, the likeness alone didn't do it for me 100%, at least at a first glance. But it's def a good character! Noice! ;)

    In my honest opinion very few of the characters look like what they are intended to look like unless you fiddle a bit with them. The best one so far for me of all the ones I have bought, is https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/151256/gertha-for-g8-and-g81-females. It doesn't get much better than that. I have commissioned a few characters so far and they do not even come close to this. There are many good ones, don't get me wrong, but there is always something off about them, especially when you get them loaded up in Daz, with the exception of the above version of Katheryn Winnick. The second best that I have downloaded is probably https://www.deviantart.com/totocandy1/art/BB-makeup-promo-975403893 after adjusting her face slightly. Third place belongs to Nicki Minaj from V3D https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/152590/v3d-nikita-g8f-g81f. The rest are kind of middling to me.

    ^ I like the morph, I think it's a good likeness. Halle Berry (although she's been wearing her hair longer for the last few years), she's most recognizable for her iconic short hair that she's worn for the great majority of her career. Women looking to get a short haircut say "Gimme the Halle Berry". Like, it's a thing.

    So I think perhaps more promos w/ the short hair would have helped with that sort of instant recognition  (at least for me). It took me a moment, but still, great job IMO! :)
