Daz+ items seem to trigger the offer. Just not freebies.
Hmm, yeah I don't see the clause like usual so they must be allowing it this time. Thanks for the correction.
Perhaps remove those 2 items from the selection linked at my post above?
Maybe they do trigger the discount for people who are not Daz+ members ?
They shouldn't override the rules for the promotion, but you do need to have a new release, but like I said earlier these don't usually allow Daz+ as a trigger. Try putting another new release item in your cart and see if that works. Let us know if it does so we can then contact them.
I just found some more non-triggering items in the https://www.daz3d.com/new-releases selection. These are models that are new to the Daz store but don't have the NEW tag. I don't know if they are intended to trigger or not. Below are all the ones I found.

Those are not New Releases, they are products that have been released in an other store before and then transferred over to Daz
Yes, I am aware they aren't new releases. However the items are on the New Releases page linked from the 1776 Wishlist promo on today's sales page. Those products either don't belong in the selection - the most likely scenario - and should be removed. Or Daz Marketing intended to include them, in which case they need to be properly tagged to trigger the discount.
Any update? Product is not available at all: Neither via Connect, DIM nor as download on the site. I've paid for it, so I would like to get it.
Same here it's only showing Connect in my Library and I refuse to use connect
The "Connect only" is embedded in to the page template - There are no Connect only products, the files are missing for one reason or the other, report in the sales thread or file a sales support ticket.
Since it is a holiday in the US I would not expect a speedy update on the missing files. My apologies.

Good morning everyone, I think the 'extra 30% off of Landscape New Releases' offer if one included USC Biomes, Alienator Pro 2 etc doesn't work, I put both in my cart and prices haven't changed. Off to work now, have a lovely day!
Edit: Maybe something's wrong with discounts in general, bc I just threw the two new Plus items in the cart real quick as well, and they usually reduce if you buy them together. They didn't, so maybe it's a more wide-spread problem. Or I'm just being daft again, that's also entirely possible.
I just tried, and the extra discount seems to work on Landscape New Releases other than USC Biomes, Alienator Pro 2 and the Daz+ items. Not sure if that's what was intended.
Yep ... sigh. Thanks for finding this out. DAZ plus releases discount still not working. Emptying cart. Now truly off to work, cheers!

Those two items are part of the 3 trigger items you can pick from. Everything else is working properly
I think the problem is that two of them (Alienator and biomes) are also included in the Landscape new releases section, so they're both trigger items and Landscape new releases, so according to the advertising wording (buy the trigger item to get the discount on new releases from today's selection), they should be discounting themselves. Or they shouldn't be included in the Landscape new releases. Or the wording should be "Get an extra 30% off* OTHER “Landscape” New Releases and Featured Artist Stores‡

At the very least the way it's currently worded, I'd expect the discount to apply to them when both the new items are in the cart together.
Could somebody reveal the secret of how to get a discount on the biome and alienator plugin? What is the correct combo, or is there a mistake that needs correcting on the part of DAZ (since this problem has apparently been reported)?
