Quick effort for Dredd, zipper is the standard multi-mesh. Tried the edgeloop reduction tool, to try to eliminate some poly's where they weren't needed for the folds, haven't tried it on the figure yet, so I don't know if I overdid it or not.

Am totally floored by the quality of the work in this thread :-)

@Rduda: What shader did you use to render that (sorry for the noob question :red: )?

Tomorrow I have to start an animation project that will sideline me for the rest of the week... so I thought I would let you in on my one of the many parts of my upcoming supersuit expansion.

    Spiderman for the Supersuit.

It is obviously a WIP but you can see my new and working geografted hood for the Supersuit. There will be a lot of cleanup once i get the webs finished.

More to come once i can work on it again next week.

Wow! That looks awesome! I so can not wait for your first line up of SuperSuit expansions! Makes me wish I knew how to do this stuff with the SuperSuit!

Do you know what your first line-up might be yet?

I know its pretty easy to do... but I had fun with it anyway.

    Here is a Silver Surfer

You make it seem easy! Did you do this one with the SuperSuit as well?

Just a normal setting, all the magic is photoshop, a posterize and photocopy filter and so on.

I am so excited about these models. I have been wanting to add lots of comic book characters into my art for a long time. I hope many of these great contributors will release these a finished add-ons for the SuperSuit soon!

    This looks so awesome!

Just a thought, but would you be considering adding other versions of this suit to your potential add-on pack? Such as the movie versions and Venom for Freak 5?

you can see my new and working geografted hood for the Supersuit. There will be a lot of cleanup once i get the webs finished.

On Rendo, I asked if these addons were something that you made. You didn't clearly answer that question, so I'll ask it again. Did you make these new geograft meshes?

sorry, i missed that... yes, I made them.

there are three grafts to cover the mouth, eyes and ear holes respectively and an all-in-one full head hood.

    Hey, JoeQuick!

Was that a Zatanna suit I spotted at your website?

    WANT! *smile*

    Looks fanTAStic!

    +1
    Oh....Zatanna...

Oh yeah, Zatanna is my second favorite DC character. How they portrayed her in the Young Justice series has her vying for number 1. :cheese:

That is a question for DAZ. I dont know anything about DSON and have made no provision for it in my expansion, but then they would have to make the suit itself compatible first.

If you save from DS 4.5 it's already in DSON format, and you can create the Poser Companion Files from the Content Library context menu. However, that's going to be of little benefit for materials as those really need to be built in Poser itself (just as DS materials need to be built in DS). I suspect that's why the Supersuit itself doesn't yet have companion files.

    Randall,

That's an awesome render. Daredevil is terrific and the lighting is amazing. Are you developing the rim shaders? Where can I buy them?

And I want the Spider-man super suit, too. When you're finished.
