Ooh found an old old story concept of mine
It involved this dragon and this knight of sorts, and they were close friends. One day, the knight volunteered to participate in a war that threatened the countryside, and he instructed his friend to keep watch over their home until he returned.
The thing is though, his friend never did return, but the dragon never left, always remaining there waiting, until it died. Even still, it never realized it was dead and continued watching over the place even as its body began to decay
Eventually something happened, some adventurer or something came along I think, that caused the dragon to go looking for its friend, despite nearly a thousand years having passed.
I can't remember if I had a way to end the story or not, but the dragon eventually realized it had died long ago, and learned his friend had died in the war he volunteered for. Not willing to break the promise it made, it passed the chance to be released from the zombification it was undergoing (Which would have killed it, but ended the suffering it was going through) and returned to the manor they once lived at to continue watching over it. And it would do so until its bones were dust.

Just an idea that I found amusing enough [to me] that I had to stop what I was doing and draw it. Seems Malygos picked up a pencil with a magic eraser (They exist, but they only erase pencil stuff) and decided to erase Nozzy's mouth with it. And his beard.
Maly is definitely pleased with his prank, but Nozzy is less than amused XD
Heh, I had some dialogue between the two in mind, but I scrapped it *shrugs* Felt it was funnier w/o it.
