    Me too. Put in the support ticket the same evening of the 2nd, just got my refund (but did NOT get the underlying problem resolved) only a couple of days ago.

    (FWIW, I'd bought the Platea bundle and one other MM item.)

    I'm sorry to say it, but I'm losing my faith in the ability of DAZ Sales Support to handle some kinds of problem. I was going back and forth with them, supplying links to the 2nd March newsletter, screenshots of my cart when I bought the items, nothing worked.

    "You need to buy the Platea Bundle to get the extra 10% then buy two MM items for the full 50% discount."

    Whatever I said in my replies, half of it was ignored and the rest was misinterpreted. None of my questions were ever answered, all I got was the canned statement above. Support refused to acknowledge that the Platea bundle was in the top MM category on 2nd March, and did not appear in the "get-10%-extra-discount" category until after 2nd March.

    Show of hands, please, how many other people are in the same boat? This situation is annoying, and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

    I just made my first march madness purchase, Wow! Talk about savings. on an order of something like 22 dollars I spent just under 9.

    Adding an item from the last group to your cart, or having purchased an item from that group previously, will apply a further, separate, 10% discount to the discounted prices of items from the first four groups - but only one extra 10% discount will apply, no matter how many items from the last group you buy.
    AND
    If you are a Platinum Club member then you will get a further, separate, 30% discount on the discounted price of any item with DAZ 3D as the vendor, after all other discounts.
    The 50% and additional 10% discounts will be shown on the confirmation page and in the full page cart view, but not in the pop-up cart.

    So, to work out your price if you want to check:
    Step 1
    For a single item base price *.7 gives you the price that appears on the store page for non-DAZ items, and for non-PC members.

    For two or more items base price*.5 gives you the price if there are two items from the first four groups in your cart. This will not show in the pop-up cart, only in the full page cart or the final order summary.

    Step 2
    If you are a PC member and one or more items list DAZ3D as the vendor take the item's price from step 1*.7.

    Step 3
    Take the price after step 2 and multiply by .9 if you have bought any items from the fifth group, More Madness. This will not show in the pop-up cart, only in the full page cart and the final order summary

    New releases:
    Imperial Torture Bot, from Stonemason - $49.95 base price
    Featured items:

    Victoria 1 category

    You place Imperial Torture Bot in your cart and you haven't bought any of the More Madness items:
    Step 1 $49.95*.7 = $34.96
    Step 2 no change as it isn't a DAZ item
    Step 3 no change
    Final price $34.96

    You place Imperial Torture Bot in your cart and you have bought Garibaldi Express, one of the More Madness items:
    Step 1 $49.95*.7 = $34.96
    Step 2 no change as it isn't a DAZ item
    Step 3 $34.96*.9 = $31.46
    Final price $31.46

    You place Imperial Torture Bot and Zombie Spuggles in your cart (have you considered consulting a psychiatrist?) and you have bought Garibaldi Express, one of the More Madness items:
    Step 1 $49.95*.5 + $29.95*.5 = $35.95
    Step 2 no change as neither is a DAZ item
    Step 3 $35.95*.9 = $35.95
    Final price $35.95

    You place Imperial Torture Bot and Unflateable Pony For Genesis in your cart and you have bought Garibaldi Express, one of the More Madness items, and you are a PC member:
    Step 1 ($49.95*.5 = $24.97) + ($9.95*.5 = $4.97) = $29.95
    Step 2 4.97*.7 = $3.48, plus $24.97 = $28.45
    Step 3 $28.45*.9 = $25.61
    Final price $25.61

    I was going to purchase Land of the Ice Cold Sun but it did not give me a MM discount, so I did not. Maybe another day. Gotta save money for sale items or should I say gotta spend money on sale items.

    I think to get the proper discounts one has to have 2 to 3 MM items and then one of the listed promotional items like I am not sure its still going on but Luxus

    If you have two or three MM items in your cart and then add luxus, luxus will be discounted by like half .

    I think that's how it works

    there was a promotional option for the odd bundle by silver, freak 5 by daz, luxus, and a few others.

    Something broke with MM scheme? (UPDATE - Pricing is correct, just the MM scheme is broke. 51% pricing is shown on all People ON SHELF - Before bundle or adding to cart).
    Today DAZ People are part of MM, however I do not see MM pricing or discounts applied in my cart (check out stage),.

    Land of the Ice Cold Sun and Age of Steel are not part of March Madness, they are ordinary new releases with the usual 30% off.
    Archimedes Prime is part of March Madness, for the 50% off, choose another item from the March Madness Day 16 category.

    Daz doesn't seem to have worked out a way, when they put a category like people on sale to remove the people items that don't count. I end up using the all March Madness items link: http://www.daz3d.com/march-madness-jw/ That way I can be sure something is supposed to be on sale. Of course if the discount isn't work then, I don't buy. I'm afraid I don't trust Daz to give me my money back, even with screen prints.

    ..well finally they released Geishas and Yuriko Hair for Aiko5. Got both for about the price of Geisha alone.


    Now I can almost do a Genesis version of my namesake (still need SF5 for the musculature)

    Btw it REALLY sucks that http://www.daz3d.com/romantic-lights-for-poser is on sale for march madness, but the daz equiv http://www.daz3d.com/set-the-mood is not! I thought they were released at the same time ish but guess not. Was bummed, wanted to get that.

    Btw, PC club membership is in the store, but discount doesn't seem to be working properly on it. It's $69.95, as a renewal. In the cart it should be 50% off as its a March Madness item! In the cart with Ron's brushes, just to check prices, hahaha, doesn't work. Renewal, plus http://www.daz3d.com/rons-horror-bundle, both MM items today, on the PC renewal should be 50% off, with extra 10% off for Aiko, I'm guessing it won't also take off the PC 10% as it never has...... And then Ron's bundle should be 50% off.
    That's definitely not happening.
    How are people supposed to use the MM promo on the PC club anyway, when you're supposed to buy it through your account page? And if you did that,t he 50% won't apply to the remaining item in the cart, either.

    Ron's Horror Bundle = $29.95
    Platinum Club Annual Membership = $99.95

    $29.95 - 50% = $14.98 - 10% = $13.48
    $99.95 - 50% = $49.98 - 10% = $44.98

    $13.48 + $44.98 = $58.46

    The 50% off for the PC Annual Membership is calculated from the full price, like on every other product.
    If you purchase via the shopping cart, then you need to contact support, to merge the two memberships in your account.

    The full price of a renewal IS $69.95. SO no, the 50% off is not working on it.

    AndyBerlin is correct. What is part of MM is a Platinum Club Annual Membership, not a renewal of membership. The 50% will be taken off the $99.95. Several of us did this last time it was MM on the 5th. Add to cart, contact support and the new account will be merged with the original.

    wrong, if you already have a membership, the membership in the store is a renewal. It shows up at renewal price, NOT on sale. THAT should e 50% off.

    It shows at renewal price because the basic MM discount, 30%, is the same as the PC discount - but it is only the sale that is showing. However, last time round support did say that the correct way to renew was to use the pay now button in your account, though I'm not clear how or if that will get you the 50% discount - but I think it will get you 30% off the renewal price, which would be 51% off the full membership so you are coming out ahead over all.

    I'm not so sure about that, it caused me a headache. I purchased a new membership that way 2 days before my current one was to expire and it still purchased another membership the day before expiration. Daz took care of me, but it was still a headache.

    LOL I had the same problems... I do not get the admin of the PC membership. I like to encourage people to join, but its a admin is an embarrassing nightmare from my perspective.
    It was the same experience during the Oct PC sale.:

    When I add PC Club renewal to cart I just get the renewal rate. No further discounts are applied for existing members.
    The extra 10% for having Akiko is not even applied. MM pricing schemes do not seem to be really geared for PC members.

    What ever - PC members wouldn't be interested in a bargain anyway - way too sophisticated for that.

    We pay more for our discounts, spend more time and money on Daz3d.com

    Admin of the program should be more accommodating and respectful of its PC members. I don't like feeling like I am trying to "cheat" the system to find the price I am entitled to. And I hate asking support for corrections and refunds. . I leave lots of $ on the table to avoid the harassing CS and being inconvenienced. And yes, I do get the feeling that I need to prove something each time to CS cause they do not thoroughly research a customers position. CS appears to rely on the Customer supplying all transaction evidence - even when the data is in the DAZ system. This is nonsense.

    See, this is why I don't want a membership and why I just renewed membership elsewhere. The PC membership shows up in the store at the renewal price NOT ON SALE. NOT ON SALE folks! If the renewal does not get 50% off plus the 10% for Aiko then its just another example of misleading sale practice. Daz needs to get in gear and FIX the lack of a renewal in the STORE.

    The AntFarm WorkBot (reg $14.95 - 30% off = $10.47)
    The AntFarm ScuttleBot (reg $11.95 - 30% off = $8.37)

    Discount is $11.37, which is 50% off for all three products.

    Then I added The AntFarm PD Cruiser (reg $9.95 = 51% off - $4.88)

    Discount is now $12.77.

    PD Cruiser is a DAZ original, so you are getting a 30% discount for that too and it's already included in the price in your cart, so it doesn't show in the additional discount - that is the apparent discrepancy..

    For me, March Maddness IS delivering value. In reviewing my acquisitions to date I spent about $350 yet received well over $750 in list price value. So while its been an effort to procure, I feel that the MM sale has offered good product at great prices. I like the fact that the PA products are dominating this sale. And that the sale includes a diverse selection of products from figures, motions and vehicle 3d content, and some very utilities and licenses. I got even more bang than the PC sale and DAZ got more cash :) MM is a win-win in my case.
    Daz having cash is a good thing for all of us :) Better than going to a bank fee or dental filling. Especially if it keeps DS development free of cost for us. ...This coming from a toothless prospector who keeps his nuggets under a pillow guarded by a S&W 45.

    Just to check it out put it all in my cart and the final cost was 86.71.

    Total full price would be 192.65

    Yep comes to a 55% savings.

    Still more than I can afford (unless there's a special discount for buying just about everything a PA has in their store) :cheese:

    Yeah...today hit me where I live. I finally picked up C8P, one of Howie Farkes sets to see how good it really is, an annual membership (I'll contact support tonight), and both the Ron's Brushes bundles, as well as a few random items.

    Combination of post-payday with bonus, and awesome sales. :)

    ..OK could no longer resist. ended up getting several of Howie Farkes', beautiful sets for Carrara. Didn't get all I wanted (86$was a bit too much) but got the ones I love so much.

    I thought I wouldn't buy much this year, especially since I just lost my job, However, now I have the power to work with these beautiful sets. I can't resist, The ones I bought will work so well for my story and that is what is important.

    Sometimes you have to put your love above what others feel is "sensible".

    Since 2am no acknowledgement form admin or anyone else and the product is still full price. I would have purchased it along with the EE Winter and EE Greenlands, both purchased this morning. Oh well.

    So Daz has said earlier that PC items and the "value" category items do NOT count for MM discounts by today value category items are part of march madness category feature, what gives???

    Sheesh I feel like I can't believe anything Daz says anymore.
