Textures? or Shaders? I've been wanting a tortoise shell shader for yonks.

Textures. But the texture is filed, so all you need to do is select it and save it as a shader preset, and you'll be able to apply it to anything.I couldn't find a seamless tortoiseshell anywhere either, so I made this myself using a photograph of a cowrie shell as a basis, then manipulated it into tortoise shell using various Photoshop effects.

...those look really nice. The Monocle will be perfect for my Herr Oberst Müller character.

...quick question for somecalrification. Seeing talk about the MBS here and there, will this be a standalone or expansion for the MBS?

    Stand-alone but compatible for mix-and-match.

Yes, that. :-) I'm at a convention now so I'm sorry for the slow response, but I'll check here every day at least. Real work resumes Monday, but we're nearly done now.

The tuxedo absolutely works on its own, but you can swap the pieces around with the MBS bundle if you want pants without the traditional tux stripe or to use the dinner jacket with these pants, etc. The expansion ascot looks great with the tux as well.

Yes, that's right. The props are standalone, as is the Ultimate Morphing Tux. The expansion with the Morning Coat will need UMT to work, but all will work with the MBS. The grey and navy UMT textures are purposely identical to the MBS ones. But because all surface except the inner fly are tiled, you can easily copy/paste the surfaces from one clothing item to another.

The inner fly is not tiled because the pants have undo and pull down morphs and there is something hidden in there that can't be seen unless those morphs are activated. But here it is.

The other pic shows the monocle in use, the hanky and a cigar that are also included. The cigar tip glows in the dark. I;ve also included three gorgeous silk vests that coordinate with all the sets. When you apply them, only the man vest texture changes so the vest trim will continue to match the rest of the ourfit.

...cool, just grabbed the MBS bundle (had some credit left from a return). Lots of neat and nicely detailed stuff plus it works with the girls and kids as well.

That was important to me. There's lots of super-girly and casual clothing for women, and I wanted it to be at least possible for people to do someone like Sir Integra from Hellsing (one of my favorite anime) or female FBI agents, etc. And of course you have to have the family picture with the kid with his hair slicked back pouting at the camera. :D

Look how cute Kimberly looks in the tux. I was amazed at how well it fitted her since there are no FBMs for her. This is the default load with no adjustments.

.."save money, save money, save money" I have to get this after seeing that. I wonder if it will work on Sadie and the other Genesis toons?

I don't have them, so I can't check (I have a lot of 3DU stuff on my wishlist I've just never actually bought yet). I didn't do FBM customs for them, but if it autoconforms that well to one bobble-headed toon I wouldn't be surprised with the others. The large number of layering morphs should at least make it possible.

I'm confident that it will, which is why I'm providing examples of how it natively fits Genesis shapes without the need for FBMs.

Here's Mavka, which is about as extreme as they get.
