I too am a relatively new member so my item list isn't very large. My draws are:

    8 Songbird Remix Pose Pack
    71 Flat Top Hair
    168 Basicwear for M4
    187 Unshaven Beard for Genesis

I guess I could make a hairy bird... :cheese:

OK, one more question! My Poser 8 installation has tons of content. Can this be included as well? Or can I use items from Poser 8 in the scene, but not include them in the random draw? I guess that's technically 2 questions.

Natsumi's new boyfriend took her to eat "the best sushi ever" on April Fools Day. He was very amused to see her alarm when she heard growls coming from the stone Gargoyles.

Wow! Starting att full throttle I see!

Nothing that great, yet. Just wanted to use my new Oppa guy. I never pull new stuff either.

I love your weird graveyard scene. Nice prank - Ken will like it. :)

You are free (and even encouraged) to use anything and everything you have! The only requirement is that you MUST use the items that you drew in the random bit: those items MUST be in the final entry; anything else that might be in that image is entirely up to you. (What you included in the itemized list of content that you are subjecting to the randomizer is, once again, entirely up to you! So knock yourself out!)

Really, this contest - and the exercise - is a helluvalota fun! Give it a shot! Trust me, you'll love it!

I'm sure I will, once I figure it out! (There seem to be 'levels/panels of creepiness, that I just haven't gotten to.... More Martinis! (Cowbell?))

But Luci -- That guy's expression: what, exactly, is he thinking? (I have this creepy feeling, that I want to whisper in Natsumi's ear: "He's the Devil, Little Sister, Run Far, Run Fast!!")

    Totte, what is your diapason?

I think it has something to do with inflation but it's constantly changing (specially this month) so I post it when it's time for a pull, last was 3311, but now it is 3316...... and counting (just like that female voice in the Villains nest at the end of a James Bond movie)...
But I think I've done pretty well as I bought my first item, Sultana, in April 26, 2010, but started "for real" in September 2010.

...I thought a Diapason was an open flue pipe commonly found in British and American pipe organs. Usually of four, eight and sixteen foot pitch, and occasionally 32 foot pitch.

I don't know what is going on their either (Totte's Zombie Apocalypse) - I thought you would. Looks like the (overly-endowed) co-eds accidentally conjured up a zombie ghost - do zombie ghosts bite people?

I think Natsumi's boyfriend is merely a jerk, not a creepy one. But she did dump him after this. I guess it would have been better if he had had a little smirky smile in his expression.

Slosh, you must use the items from your FIRST draw, even if they are too easy, no drawing over again. (We have no way of checking on offenders, but the gods of random will do, and will do strange things to your following draws. )

@Totte - Your zombie apocalypse is great! By the look on the campus guard's face it looks like he'll need a change of pants!
@ Luci - Very nice! Yeah, Natsumi's boyfriend looks like a jerk. Looks like the guy in the background was in on the prank too.

    My first pull:

    667 - Desert Eagle Pistol
    1267 - The Core
243 - Cosmic (Texture for Space Dweller for M4)
    776 - Lisa's Botanicals: Forget-Me-Not
    470 - Working Man for M4

I actually have an idea for this. We'll see if it works out...

    Oh, you bet I'm in!

    First pull:

450 - Nature for Enchanted Wings
    816 - Swimming Pool
314 - Dream Home: Foyer and Living Room Furniture - London
    460 - Daiquiri Dress for V4

Um, does the fact that this pull is pretty much an April Fool's joke all by itself count?

    Okay, I can do this....

This one turned out to be a real shrieking beast! I managed to bring both Poser and DAZ Studio to their knees (actually, my whole damn system - it went into a freakin' coma!

Finally, after scaling it back quite a bit (deleted a David, a Michael 3 RR, a Victoria 3 RR, and a Michael 4, and a lot of the Dream Home set), I was able to get it to render. Didn't do anything fancy with the lights, 'cause I didn't want to push my luck!

    Anyway....

    Also Used:
    Easy Environment - Greenlands (Skybox)
Dream Home: Foyer and Living Room (Hey, I had to put the furniture somewhere!)
    Jess for V4/SP4
Andy Hair (Man, what is it with me and Andy Hair!?)
    Alahna for V4
    Demona for V4
    Melody Hair
    M4 Tuxedo
    Troy for M4 (Head Morph)
    Qain Hair
    Notorious for M4 (RDNA)
    Rock Star Hair
Pharaohs of the Sun for V4 (w Gala texture)
Andy Hair (Again! Not as bad as showing up wearing the same outfit - but close!)

And now to pull for Round 2:

    1518 - Moonlit Moonshines Diner
    917 - Silverkey 3D Fawn
    9 - Safari Starter
    1672 - Sense

I actually had an idea brewing up until that last one. Well, it's only two more hours till Happy Hour; maybe a Martini (or two) will help....

Slosh, you must use the items from your FIRST draw, even if they are too easy, no drawing over again. (We have no way of checking on offenders, but the gods of random will do, and will do strange things to your following draws. )

Luci - Just for S & G's, I decided to try out that Psychic Science generator. (After I had already pulled my four numbers from Random.org.) Here are the numbers (and corresponding products) I drew from that one:

1196 - Street Mage for Genesis
    984 - David 3 for Genesis
    497 - Haunted Depths
    917 - Silverkey 3D Fawn

As you can see, the Gods of Random do indeed enforce the Honor System; what a mess! (And I have to conclude that some Higher Power, somewhere, positively insists that I use that damn fawn! Alright already, I'll use it!)

Oh no, Ken! That was the idea I was going for. Idiot shows up at party in a costume, rather than normal attire. Oh well, since you told me I should go with my first draw, I had to do a re-think anyway. Nice entry, anyway! I can see why you render problems. Lots of people in that scene, not to mention the house.

Campus zombie apocalypse Aprils Fool prank

They lured campus guard Jackson out to the old college cemetery to play a prank, it went a little too well. They never had to show a hall pass ever again.

Okay, I've finally had time to study this one (a.k.a., stare at it for a while), and I think I finally get it. And I concur: somebody's Calvins are definitely full of bricks right about now! (But those girls had to have had a lot of help from the A/V nerds!)

    Deliciously weird, Totte! Well played!

    Draw 2:
    #61 Treasure Chests
    #7 Jeweled Finery
    #205 PC10 Extravaganza 6 (OMG that's a lot of stuff!)
    Short Order Cook for Genesis
    Moonshine's Diner Interior III
    Bobby Soxer
    Dot Check
    Sandy Hair for Genesis
    A Curious Tea: Eat Me
#1165 Plated Wolf (Hey, random.org, you gave me this one last time!)
    #198 Hat Hat Hat

So, what is the rule on drawing an Extravaganza (6 separate products in this one)? I'm going to assume it is the same as drawing a bundle, unless I hear otherwise. 5 draws nets me 10 products to incorporate into one image. :ohh:

Edited to list the contents of PC10 Extravaganza 6, so I can keep track of all the stuff I have to use.

OK, this is strange enough to interest me. Not much free time thanks to work schedules, but I might get a couple done.
    Hi everyone,

Been a member for a long time, but never looked in here much. I had no idea all these contests were going on. Shame they are not in a forum for this. I found this by accident and same with Stonemasons which I found late in the contest. To late to add a second entry.

I hope I'm understanding right. Since pretty much what I have is what I get at Daz other than my own creations, I went with my itemized order history here. Limited it to what's in my runtimes between Poser and Daz Studio and removed software and other irrelevant stuff.

Any way, I copied and pasted the tables to Word. Selected the order ID# column and used the site linked in the OP to put the numbers in random order and used the top four. I got the following.

*Note: I ended up somehow with the Buck and Buck Lifetime Poses in the first four, so I counted them as one.

Buck (plus Lifetime Poses which turned out to be Digiport Poses)
    Millenium Puppy Bundle (Puppy Madness)
Dark Haven (textures for Gothic Construction Kit)
Daz Brain (OK, that is an interesting one, puppies and deer playing with brains?)

I do Landscape stuff mostly, so I was concerned if a human came up, I won't have any clothing or hair etc.. I mostly use animals and mostly have animals. Lot's of dino's from Dinoraul.

I did not see anything about it being rendered in what software, so I'll likely export to Vue since it will be an outdoor scene. I hope that's OK?
