I have trouble posing Genesis like me

Genesis has several issues with the arms particularly. For starters the value limits when posing are wrong, and the mesh/weight map terribly distorts with arms above the head.
Even the laying back in a chair or on a bed pose where you have the back of your head resting on palms of your hands is very difficult to do, you must uncheck "respect limitations" and then when you've posed properly the distortion is horrible.

I not yet tried it with G2F but it won't surprise me if that issue is still there.

It is hard to have a car but no job. It is harder to get a job without a car. I need a job asap.

...oh, do I know that. I'll find what looks like a great position only to discover that getting there by transit could take up to three hours each way.

Odd thing is I am getting referrals for Truck Driving jobs. I don't even have a licence since I let mine expire thirty years ago.

How they get that from a resume totally involves a "desk job" skillset is beyond me.

...and in tech news, in a move to promise better schedule performance given the predictions of sea levels rising in the next few years, our local transit system has been evaluating a new concept which will at least help daily commuters make it through high water. When asked about how they will deal with h**l when that occurs, one commissioner mentioned "there is a plan on the drawing boards to deal with that as well, but it does pose a few 'unique technical challenges'."

I thought of starting a jewelery business but that requires capital. Same thing about customizing ponies, I need to get a bunch of those blank ponies from that certain site.

I registered with the Texas Employment Commission and the first job they found for me was Forklift Operator. I know what one is, but I've never even touched one. My experience is secretarial and teaching.

Maybe the folks who are doing the job referrals used to be truck drivers. Or...think about it:

"OK, here's a guy whose job experience is basically sitting for eight hours a day while he performs his job...hmmmm.
Truck driver, desk jockey...yeah that could totally work as long as you ignore the actual tasks being performed."

...think I'd rather deal with local intranet and paper traffic across the desk than that on the highways though.

...'sides, that would mean having to go out and get a new notebook to do 3D stuff on as I'd be on the road a lot of the time (and relearn all that CB jargon - Hey good buddy, this is the "Pixel Packin; Papa" comin' at ya, what's your twenty? - nah...just doesn't work).

. . . . is that why my Mum always said instead of a spoon I need a front end loader?

So, If I'm reading this right, learning to use my Forklift to lift a fork was a waste of my time? I admit using the fork to eat with after lifting it never did click. Now Flipping a Quarter off the floor up on the fork was useful. Many folks would bet you were full of SHI*! The beer was free on those days.

Just a little reminder to those of you who often have to answer questions from youngsters

Make sure you understand the context of the question before you launch into a detailed answer

An 8-year-old girl went to her grandfather, who was working in the yard and asked him, "Grampa, what is a couple sex? The grandfather was surprised that she would ask such a question, but decided that if she's old enough to know to ask the question then she's old enough to get a straight answer.
Steeling himself to leave nothing out, he proceeded to tell her all about human reproduction and the joys and responsibilities that go along with it. When he finished explaining, the little girl was looking at him with her mouth hanging open, eyes wide in amazement. Seeing the look on her face, the grandfather asked her, "Why did you ask this question, honey?
The little girl replied, "Well, Grandma says to tell you that dinner will be ready in just a couple secs.

Poor kid. She wanted to know when dinner was not about sex. That is too much info for an eight year old.

7?!? what kind of books were you reading LMAO

I learned allot about anatomy, reproductive system included, and all sorts of diseases and infections from text books when mum was studying nursing, I certainly wasn't 7, but maybe 10-11. Anatomy it self always fascinated me anyway, with my early art background.

    On a different topic, Specular...

WHY are specular maps applied to "Specular Colour" not "Specular Strength" for both Specular 1 and 2? Also I have noticed that many characters are mixed, some use a tan sort of colour for Spec1 others use a pale blueish colour. Spec2 seems consistently a lighter pail blue.

    edit.
I do understand that blue is used to neutralize the skin colour for the specular to be more whitish.
