    Is everyone sitting comfortably?
    Good.

The Safety Team (always different employees unlucky enough to be chosen) at work used to come around and harass me for not sitting like this.
Every time, I had to tell them I was sitting the only way I could because of back surgery, recurrent sciatica, and swelling of the feet and ankles if I didn't keep my legs crossed; I would then tell them to go talk to the company nurse. It got to be a PITA, but eventually the nurse printed instructions on the Safety Checklist to leave me the h*ll alone.

Morning. No sign of rain in a marbly blue and white sky, and warm tho not so humid and sweaty as it has been :)

If I could Sit like that I would, but when your uncle Arthur has bent some parts into new fun shapes for you the way you sit is really not something you have all that much control over anymore.

Nice Blue Skies here as well, just a bit on the cool side but warming back into those nice temps my Uncle does not mind so much.

It's fricking cold here. At least we don't have 60mph+ winds today like yesterday

Uncle Arthur treats people like he's making balloon animals.

    Old joke.

Pharmacist: May I help you, sir?

Customer: I need to buy some ointment.

Pharmacist: Very good sir. Please walk this way.

Customer: If I could walk that way, I wouldn't need the ointment.

State and Federal I think, there is usually a safety contractor that goes through a rundown or schedule and gives advice on how to comply and a union rep who makes sure you do. Hehe one of the big media owners in the old days was famous for not giving their journos chairs, they wanted them out in the field getting a quote  From experience is rare for anyone to get seriously hurt in production, most casualties are from burn out. Feeling my own approaching rapidly this week  But I've seen a couple of sets catch fire, and camera batteries

    ....hmm, not a bad idea.

Could use a small "victory shot" ad the Senate finally broke the deadlock on the Extened Unemployment compensation bill today. Still has two hurdles - another week off for our elected representatives and getting by the House when they come back.

    ...but nonetheless, progress finally.

Oh and the rug model by J.T. but can't remember which one. I always reflect resurface and GC as well so the shaders aren't out of the box, I guess that's the real recreational pull for me, could make shader trees all day and night so long as the cold beer keeps coming  Is all kinda logical and comfortable after mindless work chaos, always found a bit of comfort in numbers not sure what that means but who cares it floats some boat somewhere  This is almost all specular :)

last movie i saw with ole Nick was the Barbara Striesand one. i think was after the one, where she was the patient. from patient to doctor. :)

Bodily - means the same thing as 'what gives'? huhhh

'what gives' is kinda 70's-ish. i would say 'whatz up with that'. or 'seriously' with a valley accent.
