    Good.

The Safety Team (always different employees unlucky enough to be chosen) at work used to come around and harass me for not sitting like this.
Every time, I had to tell them I was sitting the only way I could because of back surgery, recurrent sciatica, and swelling of the feet and ankles if I didn't keep my legs crossed; I would then tell them to go talk to the company nurse. It got to be a PITA, but eventually the nurse printed instructions on the Safety Checklist to leave me the h*ll alone.

how can she even read the monitor without leaning forwrd over her keyboard

oh and a couple of things I made :)

    iz a nice set.
was torn between visions and the suite 21,

now i'm torn between the FM fight environment and the pool vignette.

could make pool vignette look like it's part of the night lounge. sorta.

but, maybe retextr the fight ring could make it look part of night lounge, sorta

and it's all in the neon version of Sci labs.

and drive there in the future car.

future car came with poser textr only,
    night lounge is ds only.

 wearing the other shoes pinch, do i break in my foots, or break in the shoes  :)

    ...are you using LuxRender?

    how'd you know?

i didn't retain any of the tutorials i watched and read yesterday.

    ...48 hours gave it away.

...hmmm 48 Hours, Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy. Great film.

Ole Nick went round the deep bend a bit, and Mel.

last movie i saw with ole Nick was the Barbara Striesand one. i think was after the one, where she was the patient. from patient to doctor. :)
...yeah, liked Mel in the first two Mad Max films. Third one was pretty bleah though the Captain Walker reference did make me giggle because of a certain rock opera by a certain band named the Who.

    Captain Walker didn't come home
His unborn child will never know him
Believe him missing with a number of men
Don't expect to see him again

...Friday, almost mid March and still haven't purchased anything during MM. Day today started windy and has remained so (ugh) Even though it will be near 60 won't feel as warm because of the wind from the east (still cold on that side of the mountains). Well with spring soon approaching (at least here) gone is the ache & pain index (even though I'm still feeling it), replaced by the allergy/pollen forecast.

Looks like yet another blast of cold headed for the Great Lakes and Northeast. Calling for St Pat's day snow. Suggestion: get a bottle of Jamesons a 4 pack of Guinness Pub Draft cans and just stay home (the "Pub Drafts" are still brewed in Dublin, all other Guinness sold in the States is brewed in Canada under licence). Going to be down to 5° on St Pat's morning back where I went to college.

Tomorrow marks the first anniversary of my being laid off from my former job (whoopee - right).

I could use a new desktop as well. Just having a laptop available isn't that great for my workflow.

My son's 16th birthday is today and has 4 friends staying the night for 2 days. Needless to say we are gonna be broke by the end of this weekend. We just ordered $100 in pizza and the wife is at the store now buying the snack foods. I'm sure that will be another $60-$100. They are so damn loud they can wake the dead. I don't remember being this load and obnoxious but I guess that's the generation. Seems like a bunch of good kids though. Just happy to see my son with friends and having a good time. He normally buried in the computer talking to invisible people. Should help with his social phobia.

...can't order pizza here either, too late. Usually I stop at the local pizzeria a couple blocks down the street and get a few slices of their award winning sausage and cheese. Unfortunately they close early so by the time I could get there the doors were shut.

Won't do the "large cardboard biscuit with fake cheese tomato flavoruing, and "mystery meat" that most frozen pizzas are (this was the rating that a lot of frozen pizzas received by Consumer Reports). Definitely will not do the "organic" pizzas at the local natural food mart as they have stuff on them that never should be on a pizza (and many use tofu as a cheese substitute).

So, munching on pita chips instead...

    ...how boring.

I had the same attitude toward frozen pizza. But a friend told me about Freschetta and I tried it. It's really good, doesn't taste like cardboard at all. The crust is not cooked, it's self rising crust that rises and bakes in your oven. Or there is the brick oven variety, which have a thinner crust, but still cook in your oven. The sauce has a nice bite to it, not bland at all. This is not your grandma's frozen pizza!

Good night, I've had enough "fun".

...but for the price of one of those I can get three generous slices of hand made cooked to order slices with the toppings I want, not what some marketing person thinks I want. Nobody, nobody just makes a frozen sausage and cheese pizza these days. They always got pepperoni (which I cannot have) whether just a basic or "supreme" pizza., or again, it's weird tree hugger veggie stuff that should never ever touch the top of a pizza crust.

...apologies for the vehemence, however I just got off of the Unemployment blogs where I had to deal with totally brain dead trolls.
