All the DAZ-O stuff should be Poser, and I know the loincloth that comes with Jason will work in poser, so will he of course, but I would imagine SY's loincloth and undies may be DS only, and same with some of the other underwear, but at least all the DAZ-O's will work in poser :)

oh okay, guess I am just reading too much into it.
Based on what I see here, I'm thinking of Gianni as a sort of "Freak Lite" kinda like Gia was sorta "She-Freak Lite"
Which is nice for me, because I didn't use Freak often at large amounts, but for Gen 4 and Genesis 1, I'd use him in small amounts (5-10%) reasonably frequently.
Of course, we still could use a full on Freak. :cheese:
Well, that is part of the fun of these preview threads. :) I just wanted to make sure I was clear that Gianni is not The Freak... but that doesn't mean anything more related to the Freak necessarily.

The larger shapes in Fuseling's Cut for Gianni (see the second page of this thread) look like they would be good for doing Freak-esque (Freaky?) characters. And mixing in the Freak 5 shape, either from the Gen 5 shapes or GenX-ed would be good. I don't think we'll lack for muscular characters, even if Generation 6 doesn't get a Freak.
One thing I'd love to see for Generation 6 is a set of Muscularity morphs, for both genders. And with HD morphs (that reminds me, Gia needs a set of HD morphs). I wonder if Simon WM has a Swole set in the works for Gianni, like the one he did for Michael 6?
I'm just hoping he sells well so we get more hot dudes. =) Still want a really customizable head.

I suspect this is another where I'll be getting the Pro bundle rather than just the base target. I've really liked *all* the base targets for gen6, most of the characters as well. The outfits for the female characters, not so much. Although a couple of them had some good, if rather overly specific stuff. But I do a reasonable amount of fantasy stuff. So this looks good. And, hallelulia, for once I like the hair.

The date on the first post can be deceptive, since that's actually when they started putting it together somewhere on the forums where we non-PA's can't see. The preview thread has only been here for 5 days.
And that you didn't find the thread until 2 days ago is why I'd rather they have the preview threads up for several days than the 12-36 hours they were doing for a while.
That said, I think it would be reasonable to expect him any time in the next 5 days. :) (I really hope they don't release him late Thursday, with the Easter Weekend coming up)
Could be this weekend. Male package in time for Easter egg hunting (or celebrating Resurrection) seems appropos... especially with all the loincloths. Son of God shown recently has "sexy Jesus" after all, so just in time for renders with that theme. :p

I don't mind the release not being out yet. It gives me time to try to gather the funds, and maybe try to gather some ideas.
