i just had a big scare. was walking my shipping cart to the front of the building, found my friend at work passed out on the floor in the hall. couple seconds i wasn't sure she was breathing. ambulance came. they trying to call her husband but he's not answering his cel phone. useless things if you can't get in touch in an emergency.

*rant on meds deleted* Saves Richard deleting it. That in itself should tell you the story.

Dinner tonight: probiotic gummi and TWO anti-oxidant fiber chews! OMG PARTY TIME! :long:

I don't really have dinner right now.. once I get home I just sit on the computer, and/or meditate, and/or chill to music. Lunch is big enough to last until brekkie, my calorie burning after 6PM is dang low. It's good for my blood sugar as I wake up with decent numbers.

Alligator snapping turtle in the store! Wishlisted for the Payday after my bills go out! VICKY THE TURTLE RIDER puts MIKE ON A PIKE! :snake:

They are taking out the upper left lobe now, which most likely means the lymph node is benign, which is good news- May not have to do chemo, or have very few sessions. Will update once I know more

Actually not a half-bad idea. If I pen tidbits now, get down what I remember, then keep current as I travel I can self-publish at 65! Should be amusing, if nothing else.

Turtles are reptiles. Amphibians have more complete skin respiration (frogs, salamanders, axolotls, etc.).

Sympathy and the best of wishes to everyone.

My encyclopedia says that turtles are reptiles. Reptiles have scales. Most of them live on land but the turtle lives both on land and the water. Turtles lay their eggs on land or under the sand. Amphibians lay their egg in or under water. The babies are born in the water and then move onto land. Amphibians return to the water to make out and lay eggs.

    Hope this helps.

edit: oh yeah, amphibian babies/tadpoles have gills.

    They're really cute :)

If you're familiar with Pokemon, the water guy 'Mudkip' seems to be based on them. Stitch and Toothless (From Lilo & Stitch / How to Train your Dragon) also seem to be loosely based on them. Mostly the head shape.

...yeah the lack of fish for Poser & Daz is pretty sad. Can find several for 3DS Max and Lightwave but that is no help.

Found a freebie one over on TurboSquid but it is only an untextured unrigged .obj. At least it wouldn't require building the mesh from scratch.

Yes! Fuse and I like them so much we based one of our Dragon 3 head shapes on them. They are adorable.

Rainbow trout and many more fish, insects and flowers here in .3ds (not max). Not rigged but well-made, fully textured and absolutely free.

If I can get 'em into DS4.6, I'll rig the bloody things myself and then make them public and free as well! :cheese:

Urgh.. I'll try to get them into Wings, hopefully I can go from there. Otherwise.. I'm going to have to learn to model.. urgh.. :long:

...I've been at this for seven years and still have not learned squat about modelling (mainly because Hexagon is so unstable, comprehending Blender's UI is like trying to solve Pi to the last decimal point, and I cannot afford Modo or 3DS).

Got a ride home from the boss, so home early! Was going to crack a beer, but.. I think, just meditate and to bed.

DAZ NEEDS FISH. No truer words, indeed.

No real complaints but - tired. Nothing unusual there.

I have a LOT of steampunk stuff. I expect steampunk renders in the future. I have lots of time since the strip clubs in OK are lame, the bar is middlin', and I'd rather save my cash for my next job search. Oh, and save for an i7 laptop, this i5 is getting kind of wheezy.

    Time to meditate! :cheese:
