Welcome back Wooly! Its been too long mate. And for the record, I was told you were back and under a different user name. I wasn't told what name you were, but simply looking at the way you type, I identified you LOL ( Deliberately, I didn't look at the comments from others I know here, so I could say that )

    Good to see you :D

Ooyyyy... Had a less than pleasant dream last night. Some of it was actually pretty normal but...

I was walking to the store, and for some reason my cat Milo (Orange-and-cream tabby that IRL had gotten hit by a car some years ago) was following me, and in my mind something kept telling me that Milo was going to be in danger. So I kept my guard up, but then he just bolted off at random, and before I could catch up to him he got struck by a car coming out of the gas station. Even worse, my current cat (A grey female named Pine) had been hit there as well, so both my cats were dead :shut:

Even worse when I got home to tell my grandpa of the news I found one of the family had died as well, something about their blood pressure or something.

Bleh. Despite that fairly dark dream, I actually woke up very well rested - also despite only getting like five hours of sleep!
One thing that both fascinated and unnerved me was how realistic it all was. I was acting exactly how I would have acted, all the house and surrounding areas looked as they did in real life, everyone acted the same as well. It wasn't some weird abstract dream like I usually have (Other than the fact Milo was there heh)

Depends on when last week and where it's been, hopefully the fridge.

I've had 4 day old leftover burrito, it wasn't tasty but it did the job. :smirk:

...brekkie time here. Bowl o cereal.

Local Air force is awake and flying around this morning (about the only loud jets anymore as all the airliners that fly into here have those quiet high bypass engines that tend to whine instead of rumble.

Going to meet meet with a friend to have lunch and watch the USA - Belgium match at the nearby Bierstube. Good German Bier and they have baked trout as one of the specialties.

Speaking of baking, going to be a hot one here today with a forecast high of 97°. When I opened the door a little while ago could already feel the heat building.

Meh, no new stuff in the store, Supposed to be the new weekly freebie and various new PC item day (Tuesday). and since it's a new month, the July PC freebie. That's how I've been getting along for content pretty much as still out of work, It's brutal here. Did pick up a few small items last night, two with my June PC coupon (before it expired) and a new release PC item which gave me a 50% discount on the Shades of Life Urban Construct shaders which were on sale and had been on my wishlist for a while. First content purchase in months.

Hopefully Steph6 or Josie6 will go on sale this month so I can use my July PC coupon.

Oh and for those north of the Border, Happy Canada Day (actually met a couple nice ladies from Edmonton yesterday).

    Finally, lunch! And it's...

    ...wait for it...

FRIED DEAD FISH IN STYROFOAM! :wow:

    It's crispy and it's hot!
And yeah, it's all I've got!
    It would be even better
If I cooked it in a pot!
But I won''t whine or groan
    Though it came in styrofoam
Three bucks for a huge filet
    I didn't need a loan!

    Corn meal on dead fish!
Oh what more could I wish?
Munch the thing right from the box
    Don't even need a dish!
I'm so hungry I've turned pasty
Oh thank God this fish is tasty
No more will I go roam
    I have FISH IN STYROFOAM!!

I thought everything was better with Dinosaurs :)

Heh, the Primal Carnage Tyrannosaurus in a Team Fortress 2 setting wielding a chaingun (Or something, can't tell what it is). That would be the one thing that would get me to play Team Fortress heh, if it was real. Sadly it's just a 'kitbashed' image posing the guy by hand in GMod

..out of the frying pan into the fire? Can get pretty hot in Oklahoma sometimes more so than Texas.

Ah no longer in a major university town (wouldn't think that Oral Roberts is much of a party school). However you do have one college there that speaks to one of my old interests: Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. I remember them from my teenage years when I aspired to go into aeronautical engineering.

All we have here are the tribal casinos and none are close to the city (not reachable without a car).

...nice that it is within the city (and reachable by transit). Milwaukee WI has one within the city limits near downtown as well.

Here in Portland the city want's nothing to do with casinos in the city limits at all. Years ago one tribe that was willing to pay for and build us a state of the art retractable roof baseball stadium (when Portland was looking to woo the Pittsburgh Pirates franchise), if they in turn could locate a casino in East Portland but the mayor said no and that was the end of it.

The Portland Pirates, that would've had a ring to it.

Run!! Do not look back, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Well that was my view of the fridges at work anyway. I never knew who had done what to what with what in one of those things. I invested in a nice mini-Lunch type cooler and those freezer Blue things to carry my food around in. Then I could lock it in my locker and know my food was, well still the way I made it.
