I will check mine.   An empty twenty gallon tank with wet sand is so stupidly heavy that I do not want to do a complete water change of my fifty five gallon tank anytime soon.

I see my bouncing chocolate softserve icecream sigline is gone sad

Apparently the creator removed it from his page.

Well, when you think about it,  linking to a gif which shows in one post is one thing.   Does linking to a gif which shows in every single post that you make  take more bandwidth?.   I honestly don't know about that but bandwidth is always a crucial thing when one is running a personal site.   When my site was still at Francemi it caused the whole Francemi ste to be taken down twice, because  peple were using download managers to strip all my downloads and although she had supposedly unlimited bandwidth there does apparently have to be some sort of limit, stupid as it may seem.

  • thanks that explains it and I feel bad if I was responsible for the Skype emotie guys art being taken down by him.

I might render a new sigline one day and stick it on DeviantArt instead.

Thanks for the bouncing brown gif link Tjohn.

If I ever need one I know where to look.

Yes.  And if you're patient then in 5 years the date will be 2/22/22

On 14/3 it's pie day. Although as far as I'm concerned, every day is pie day! cheeky

Well, possibly "22/2/22" but the other option "22/2/22" is a different story. devil

It very much depends how they have their sites set up, when they do things like offering animated gifs for donwload. Some don't realise how it will impact their bandwidth.  If I use a Skype gif I tend to pull into the actual Skype site as I feel that MS should have enough bandwidth to cope.  https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12330/what-is-the-full-list-of-emoticons

    Smart content is acting stupid

...that's part of the reason I stopped using it.  Another is l have a lot of content without metadata as most of it was installed before the DIM and don't really care to to spend a lot of time messing around with the data base, as well as it takes a fair amount of screen real estate to display.

Besides I  have a custom library/runtime structure that I already know my way around.

Smart Content is stupid, it is actually tagged content and if the tagging is incomplete or just odd it makes it impossible to find things.
