...yeah even the link doesn't work  A little perturbed as I created that thread and now can't open it.  Apparently it looks like others have responded and I'd like to see what they've said..

Went over to the Daz3D forum on Rendo and several people there have reported running into same issue trying to open threads here.

Just made a purchase in the Store and that went without a hitch.

not much other than they cannot open some other threads too

...the reminder link to the Please Ignore This Thread thread also doesn't work.

I'll check in the morning when I get up. I imagine Cho and/or Richard are already aware of the situation and possibly even responded to my thread.

It's mostly people saying that they're experiencing the same thing - and Daz saying it's because they're working on the forum software (store is unaffected).

What's REALLY weird is that I can open and view the 2nd-to-last page of THIS thread, but not the last page (so no idea if anyone else has responded to tell you the same thing I'm telling you laugh )

  • Ah, there you go laugh

...they should have given us a "heads up".  Even Fantasy Attic gives us warnings before they do any site maintenance.

When we moved up to this house   one of the first things our new neighbours asked was were our cats Mother and Daughter, as Annie is so much smaller than Steffi. We had had them 3 years at the other house, and they were 6 months old when they came to live with us.

Do you remember Jeff had a very small cat. I can't remember her name

    Baby

yes he said he was trying to breed teacup sized cats

Lucy is still the same size as when I got her a few years ago and they said she had kittens, I saw a photo of her with one on their facebook page, I was astounded someone so small could have been a mother.

I want my pets to do the dishes.  They will not for some fishie reason.  Wait they will not because they are fish and have no hands or paws.

But they could scrape them clean with their scales and wipe them clean with their fish lips. Consider hiring a professional fish trainer.enlightened

I asked my boyfriend what does this mean.  He said that he did not know as he never seen it before.

edit now he said it means my hard drive crashed and it is trying to recover.  He suggested restarting the computer.  I am afraid that would be a bad idea.  It is over 40% now.

It means your computer crashed hard or someone fat fingered the "Screw it and just start completely over" button.  It has completely erased the system partition (C:) of your hard drive and is in the process of using the recovery data on the "D:" partition to rebuild your Windows back to original out-of-the-box condition, which means you've lost everything and all customizations that you've put on the system.

ALTHOUGH, there is a slim possibility that it has set aside your personal data for later recovery but based on that message I don't think so. sad  Do not interrupt it, it's too late to do anything about it.  Let if finish, have a good cry, and pick up the pieces from your backups tomorrow.  It's going to have to do a LOT of automatic Windows updates over the next several hours/days and must be connected to the network to do so.

It is slowly reinstalling everything.  I think the bottom bar is total operations and top is current one.

It was mainly user error plus being angry.  My grandmother just went to the hospital.  I am afraid I might never see her again.  I took my anger of that out on my computer.  At least the computer can get better.  As I was writing this message I found out grandma is going to a hospice, but not sure what that means.  I fear it ain't good.

Not the goodies,  Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke-Taylor are part of the team chaired by Humphrey Littleton until his death in 2008  Barry Cryer and Willie Rushton  were also part of the team and others from time to time,  The actual program the game is from is called "I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue". The show was launched in 1972,  It celebrated it's 50th series in 2007.  Had a little break because Humphrey Littleton died,  but is still going strong even now, 2 series a year.  Mornington Crescent is probably the most popular game played on the show.
