I noticed watching all those Chinese video game trailers and cinematics, their Buddhist monks are very fond of extra huge mala / prayer beads like chistmas baubles, they drape them around an arm and neck like a weapon belt. others wear them too, wonder why those never caught on in the DAZ fashions.

Is Sid always angry or is that just his/her normal look?

Lucy has a bit of an angry face but she is very gentle and snuggly

spends most of her time trying to sit on me,

gives me cramps sleeping because she is always on top of me so I cannot move

meh why do my ipad pics load sideways

...just got a rider alert from our transit service a few moments ago:

Service Alert: For Line 30 trips to Estacada, no service between SE Hwy 224 & Hwy 212 and SE Hwy 211 & Hwy 224 due to blockage.

Sounds like they need a tanker of laxative on the scene.

    Precaturday Alert!

...and an hour & a half later, looks like relief has finally occured.

UPDATE Service Alert: Line 30 has resumed regular service from earlier blockage.

I see your favourite Brave redhead Merida has her hair in store today KK heart

    is Dforce of course though

    https://www.daz3d.com/primavera-hair-with-dforce-for-genesis-8-females

but I do think it might not be strandbased so not as hard to simulate

A couple of your cats need to be fed more often.

...yeah, I saw that too, as with the Classic Long Curly Hair, dForce is required. It states that on am RTX  2070 the sim time is 3 - 5 min,  As the Titan I have is dedicated just to rendering so the sim would default to the lower core count secondary GPU I use for the displays (or possibly even the CPU) and thus take far too long.

Guess I'll just keep plugging away with the Strand Hair generator.  If I can conquer that almost any type of hair should be easy afterwards (though I still wish it had a facial plane for creating facial hair).

    ..pretty kitty.

Spring is only a week away where you are.  For us on this side it's fall (which may still be rather smoky where I am) .

it actually isn't strandbased though and has some morphs apparently if that's any help

...according to the desciroption it says:

Primavera Hair with dForce for Genesis 8 Female(s) is conforming only in base Initial Shape, haircut is especially designed for simulations with dForce Cloth Engine.

This Product only works with dForce Cloth Engine.

it is Dforce but it's not strandbased others have said, I don't have it

anyway I have a far lesser computer than you and do animations so no intention of buying it either, I use Carrara yes

...yeah, Carrara is still lthe best when it comes to handling/building large environments.  As I recall, Misty figured out how to get G3 to work in it

I still prefer Carrara's shader system over node based ones like the Daz Shader Mixer/Builder, Poser, and Blender ones as I find it much more intuitive. To me the node system looks like the map for the London Underground system or the wiring schematic for a Boeing 747.

Yeah, the node system scares me.  It's sort of an example of "Graphical Programming" which at first glance seems to be a new direction and futuristic look at programming but doesn't scale well.  The science of programming made big strides when languages like Pascal, C, etc. were invented to attempt to avoid "spaghetti programing" but graphical programming is visually backsliding.frown  It may have a future for designing birdnests though.enlightened

I was sleeping dreaming and the furry bastards decided I had to wake up and proceeded to jump on every cupboard knocking crap off or wrecking it, once awake, dead tired trying to read my ipad in bed without nodding off both immediately curled up by me and went to sleep.

Just wanted me awake on guard so they could sleep safely.

I ordered a mattress 2 days ago at 2am in the morning

    it arrived today

flat as a pancake and rolled up

    was vacuum packed

layed it on my bed and punctured the bag and it popped up springs cracking like an alien pod hatching!

seems quite comfy and very cheap for an innerspring yes
