Maybe the caseworker is the problem.
Maybe we don't know the whole story.
Non-complaint: Weather is half-decent today. about 40F, clear, no wind. Good day for toddling up to the grocery store for fresh things like salad stuff, milk, eggs, bread. Also checked the freezer and it's time to start stocking up on ground beef again. Grocery trips to the local store are limited by my expectation of energy reserves and pain levels. I'm pooped by time I get to the end of the first block. At the end of the 2nd block I've arrived at the store and have to sit on the bench outside to catch my breath and let my exhausted legs rest for a few minutes. Shopping in the store isn't bad, but I dread the walk home with two heavy cloth bags. At least they have handles and I make sure they are packed evenly so I don't get lopsided walking home. Once home I unpack the groceries and collapse into my recliner for a few hours before attempting to be human again.
On the plus side though is the fact that at today's weight of 195 pounds I'm stable at at least 50 pounds lighter than I was a year ago. I can't imagine carrying 250 pounds around anymore. Not good. My brother is several years younger but is almost 300 pounds. Every time the town fire siren blows I expect that he's succumbed and they're on their way to pick him up. Nosiree bobby, I won't let myself go back to over 200. Ain't a-gonna do it. 170 would be almost perfect but I don't believe I can do that without resigning my job as a professional couch potato.
I don't think I know the whole story either.

Complaint: Changes. Old people hate changes. And one of the worse changes is reorganization of your grocery store. The local grocery store has just recently been sold to a big conglomerate. And so, of course, they're relocating things in the store. That isn't so bad, and can be learned in time, but two big letdowns slapped me in the face today. Firstly, the new owners still are not registered with NY State to sell lottery tickets, so that is $1 that I can't throw away each week. (good/bad?). And secondly, I toddled up to the store and expected to sit on their outdoor bench to catch my breath and let my legs rest before shopping, but the bench was GONE! Arghhhh... I'm ashamed to say that I angrily voiced my disapproval to the first store clerks I saw. I later apologized and got the full story. Apparently the bench was under lease from some other organization and they came and took it away until the new owner decides to renew the lease. There is absolutely no other place outside for a pedestrian to sit down and rest in this town. My mother has a historical plaque honoring her local works. My father donated the outdoor pole clock at the intersection. I've considered arranging to build a proper bus stop for the town and perhaps one or two benches along the main street. Because the times they are a'changin', and not everybody has a car anymore. Walking is being forced back into our lives. Probably a good thing.
Non-complaint: As I left the store with my two heavy bags of groceries and unable to rest on the nonexistent bench a few minutes before heading for home, I got about 50 feet and I faintly heard behind me someone ask "you need a ride?". Lots of traffic noise so I walked back to his truck and he did indeed offer to take me to my destination. Yay! So as he drove me the two blocks home (muchly appreciated), I told him about the old "Whirl-In" hamburger/icecream building that I live next to. He was young and only been in town for 8 years and was pleased to get some town lore and hear that the "Whirl-In" used to appear in the "Marmaduke" newspaper cartoon because the artist (Brad Anderson) lived in this area decades ago and knew the Wilsons who owned "Wilson's Whirl-in" Sometimes when Marmaduke dragged his owner to get ice cream, the place was labeled "Whirl-In"

I decided to search something, but by time I got ready to do the search I forgot what I was going to look up?
Was it a notebook to write down what you wanted to do?
Maybe it was Kraken symptoms? I hope I don't have the kraken virus?
Hanging in there.
Same here sort of, but I just want to go back to bed.
Daz Install Manager lost connection to servers. The program switched to offline mode. I'll try downloading the products/assets tomorrow.
Looks like a cat doing a William Shatner impression of Kirk in Wrath of Khan...
"Khaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!"
Can I visit 224 S 200 W, Salt Lake City, UT 8410? Wait! UT is too far from here.
DAZ headquarters hidden deep in the dark forests of the Land of UT.
One does not simply walk into the Land of UT.
Ok, that's why the location has been determined in latitude and longitude
especially when one is walking from the land of NC! It is too much walking for me to leave NC by walking!
on other news I'm starting to feel better, but bad news is I can't stay home. Apparently I have to fake being well for some unknown reasons, and then go into the community potentially spreading what I got or making it more difficult for me to get fully better!
This sucks! What am I going to wear today!
And like Mordor, is also a desolate place.
And "Man does not behold the face of the Gorgon and live." -- Morbius
Also, there are "monsters from the Id"
Stay away from those places. "Danger, danger Will Robinson".
Just tug harder to get your clothes out of the vacuum cleaner.
I decided on a long sleeve black shirt. I got good news and bad news. I will tell you later.
The vacuum cleaner kept half of it?
My case manager is going to apply for me to get vouchers so I can live on my own one day. That was the good news. The bad news is that it might take time.
poor Denis keeps charging himself up with static electricity rolling on the synthetic blanket then coming for me for pets but gets shocks
He probably thinks you have a magical Zeus-like ability to shoot electricity from your hands.
That or he's trying to figure out how to store the electric charge for his own use.
Will The Amazing Electro-Cat use his powers for good or evil?
We may soon find out.
Oh boy! I have really messed things up this time.
I'm incharge of the accounts, and I have seriously mis-calculated something. The total remaining means we only have (just under) £40.00 left to live on... I've got to take my sums into hosptial when I next visit my Mum. She's going to be p***ed! Oh and she didn't have her biopsy. You'd think they'd be in a rush to do it, especially when cancer could be an eventual diagnosis (especially when it was initially diagnosed as being so last October).
I found some pictures of an up and raising movie star. He was in the movie called a man called Otto with costar Tom.
Complaint: Who put all the junk in my DAZ wishlist? My eye caught the "$5 DAZ Originals" offer at the top of the page today and decided (after months of not caring) to see if there was anything on my wishlist that was eligible. A quick look confirmed that there was just one $5 item, right at the top of the sorted (low to high) list, then following it was a whole bunch of higher priced stuff that I don't recognize. After going through several pages of my wishlist I decided that it does indeed contain some things that I remember that I'd drooled over in a past life, but there's a whole bunch of stuff in the list that I absolutely do not remember, nor do I currently have any desire for. I'm not certain if I was stoned/intoxicated/sleepy when I put them in the list, or if now, I'm so senile that I simply can't remember putting those items on the list. There is no female stuff in my list so it was probably me that snagged all those items for my list. However, I'd rather blame it on forum/store software problems and hackers. So, anybody admit to tinkering with my list?
Free $5 item?
What $5 offer? I'm not seeing one.
